It was cheap and we stayed in other ones in that area waiting for flights before

The whole place is very tired, there wasn't any staff we just carried our own bags to the room .to be honest the guy who checked us in was a bit rude he later told my partner there were no shops near by bear in mind there was beer for sale in the check-in.so we went out and there were shops everywhere at the end of the road 7 11 , the tv was rubbish the bed had. Blankets in quilt covers the balcony was rubbish the shower pipe was made of push fit plastic pipe the shower floor was painted black ect sorry to be so negative but we left earlier

Exceptional

Everything is great. The hotel is in a good location. The AC works and the beds are comfortable. I slept well without noise disturbance. For overnight rates, The hotel provided everything we expected.

II is there when needed

Being stranded in the airport, it gave me time and space to sit down and reschedule my trip. Although taxi to the hotel is much higher price than bus S1 to Khaosan road. It's very basic, but at least got drinking water, hot water to make coffee and a fridge to keep my beer cold. Enough choices of local food stalls nearby.

A lot of mosquitos in the lobby who gave me many good bites while waiting 15 minutes for the staff to appear to check me in.

Okay but not perfect

There is no breakfast. Location from and to the airport is okay.

At least the hotel should put kettle inside the room. And sell some foods to eat after being tired from travel, i only want to sleep. The doors are not safe. People can be seen from outside when you peep through the door holes.

Average hotel nothing exceptional

Not much to like about, except the location

The room was old, the bed was creaky, the shower was not working well, the AC is extremely slow, the water heater was not working and the receptionist was extremely rude

Nightmare Hotel. Never book.

Just the location only.

Everything was just a mess. Too many mosquitos, room size was very small. AC was not working properly. The AC unit looked almost 20 years old fully yellow. The check-in staff was very rude. When I asked for a fan, he denied to give me a fan, where I can see that one fan is free in the lobby and nobody is using that. After a lot of argument, he finally says if I don't like it, I can find another hotel and he does not care about this. Not acceptable at all. I suggest you pay something extra and book a better hotel. Never go for this hotel even if they offer it for free.

The a/c barely worked, the shower had virtually no water pressure although the sink and toilet had pressure. The walls and flooring in the halls had no sound absorbing material so everything was incredibly loud. It was cheap so i did’t expect a lot but this was barely habitable.

Relatively near the airport. Female cleaning staff nice and did their best to help.

So full of mosquitoes you couldn't sleep (I killed 40 in a night, my sheets were mottled with blood). Bald spectacled reception guy super rude and unhelpful.

We booked and paid for this hotel through Booking.com when we arrived we were told that we had to pay again as they no longer except bookings from Booking,com, Agoda and expedia.

Horrible experience, nasty receptionist

I booked it because it’s close to the airport and we had an early flight

When we arrived, the reception said that they didn’t receive any booking for that day and refused to check my booking and reference code when I showed it to him. I told him that booking.com already confirmed and took my money, but he told me to contact OYO directly and that it was not his problem and that he’s still not going to give us a room. The receptionist was very nasty and when I called OYO, they forwarded me to answering machine and all was in Thai. So it was a dead end. We couldn’t find another hotel nearby and ended up having to sleep at the airport.

Ideal for airport stay. 10 minutes to airport and 10 minutes to Robinson mall.

Plenty street food available but little else locally. Ok for us but not everyone is OK with it

Terrible experience…!

They don’t have Restaurants or an facility…not even a kettle in room. TV didn’t work. Fridge Unplugged..! The Toilet was broken, held together by bits of wire. Needs a New Flushing mechanism. Shower heater not working, Only cold water. Air Con dilapidated. Rattled all night. Dark Dingy place. Needs total Refurbishment. Run down ,Low class ,in Industrial area. Only advantage is close to Airport…. I needed to be at Airport by 7:00am. There was NO STAFF AVAILABLE. To call Taxi. They only start at 8:00am. Not impressed at All.

I didn’t like Anything. Run Down, Old and Dilapidated. I was charged twice, and accused of “No Show” but my Taxi driver can confirm he dropped me there at 4:00 pm on 10th September as Specified…. No one called me , as was specified in the booking. I stayed in Room 407. There was 1 man on the Desk who gave me a Slip for 800+baht. I paid cash, and now you have deducted from my card also. There was a woman with small child , and that was it. I asked about Restaurants, and the man shrugged his shoulders , and pointed towards the main Highway…? Not Impressive at All.
