A short time in cluji

location, the room & breakfast were good .

hard to communicate with staff- at times seemed disinterested. the restaurant seem to always close early at night whilst we were there.

Bra läge. Möjlighet till parkering som va lite dyr. Okej frukost. I övrigt jätte fint ställe

Väldigt lyhört. Så man vaknade mitt i natten när folk kom och lämnade.

Nem a kiválasztott szobát kaptuk, mert időközben kiadták másnak. Nagyon nehézen és barátságtalanul kommunikáltak. A 35 nm-es junior lakosztály helyett végül egy kicsi franciaágyas szobát adtak, nagyon keskeny ággyal. A fürdőszobából erős csatornaszag áradt.

Posizione perfetta, prezzo onesto ma tanti problemi con la camera ed i servizi!

Colazione varia, posizione davvero eccellente.

Abbiamo dovuto aspettare oltre il previsto perchè la camera non era pronta; alla reception la persona presente non ha saputo darci la minima indicazione riguardo la città; la camera è al piano terra (la metà delle camere lo sono) ed all'esterno c'è il ristorante quindi la sera ed il mattino sentirete rumore. La maniglia della stanza era rotta e si chiudeva male. La doccia (nella vasca) non aveva alcuna tenda.

You need to pay the parking, the receptionist -a young girl- very poorly prepared to give information.Kettle in the room with no coffee , only 2 sachets of herbs. When I asked the receptionist for coffee wasn't capable to give us an answer. She called back after 5 min saying very dry, we don't offer coffee sachets and the restaurant it is closed. It was 7pm and we were tired after 7 hours driving.The room acceptable, could be better for the money. Very good location

Both price and location can't be better

Excellent location just a couple of minutes walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops. There is a shopping mall with a Carrefour supermarket next door. We walked to all the attractions. Our room was on the ground floor with a shower and this is great for people with mobility problems. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine with some hot items as well.

A very good location, right in the city center but it needs a renovation fast.

The location was excellent, exactly in the city center with easy access to lots of location. Parking available behind the hotel which was a big plus. The restaurant, even if opened only until 20:00 served good food.

The rooms are very old, the floor is squeaking, the doors are squeaking, the bed is squeaking and the paint is quite old, cracked and yellow. Being there with a 2 year old it was a challenge to move inside the room once he fell asleep.

Value for money hotel with 24/7 reception and restaurant in the center of the city

As an old backpacker traveler who is a night owl, I chose this hotel for my 4 day stay in Cluj, because it is located in the center of the city, near Piata Unirii, where St. Michael's Church is. Many pubs and tourist attractions can be reached by walking. The single room I had was very small and the bed was narrow, only for one person. Well, I just needed an affordable room with a bed in the city-center. I can't say anything about breakfast, as I never had breakfast, because I never got up before 10 am. The food in the restaurant of the hotel is good and value for money. Example: chicken breast cutlet baked with cheese with potato wedges and salad for 40 lei. I liked to have dinner in the open air in the courtyard of the hotel. Right next to the hotel is also a kebab restaurant and a shopping center with grocery store. Behind this center are parking spaces for electric cars with charging facilities.

The room I had could not be completely darkened, daylight fell into the room from a window above the door.

Close to the city center and all main sights. Central location over-weights all minor drawbacks of the accomodation. Surprisingly, but there was a water kettle in a room. Sound isolation was good, at least in room 116. Price / comfort ratio was OK.
