Not value for money and not what we had booked for

Polite staff , spacy gardens and parking lot, nice pool and quiet place

We had booked 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms (since we travelled with our kids aged 7 and 5 years old ) but instead they gave us 2 separate 1 bedroom apartments next to each other - off course we couldn't use the other one and leave a 7 and 5 year old alone at night at a separate appartment, so we had to stay all of us in one apartment and the kids slept in the couch in the living room-definitely not comfy and not what we paid for. Moreover the door in the shower cabinet was shaky and got misplaced easily.

Lovely pool. Surroundings are very well kept. Clean apartments. Nice, friendly, helpful staff.

We booked as a family. We got 2 separate apartment rooms. Double bed was very comfortable. Fold out bed wasn’t comfortable. Apartments could do with a toaster, iron and some more cutlery. As the property is about 2.5 km from the town, it’s good that the bus stop is outside the entrance but the buses are very irregular and the footpaths are very inconsistent into town. It’s a very busy road so dangerous enough when walking with kids.

The staff could not be any more helpful

The location is extremely poor, although a €1.70 bus ride will take you to the centre in less than ten minutes. The rooms are poor quality as are the mattress and pillows on the beds. There was no iron or hairdryer in the room. Both were provided when requested.

Total disregard and disrespect

Upon arriving at the Studio I realized that it was different from what was described when booking. (no pool view room - smallest, poorly equipped, and dirty). When talking to the attendant, I had to wait at the reception for about 10 minutes and I saw 2 more guests in the same situation, it seemed to me that they advertise a view of the pool in all rooms, however the place has more than 40 accommodations and only about 13 have this feature . The employee said he wouldn't do anything and didn't give any assistance and was still rude. On the way out we had the water turned on for more than 1:30 waiting for hot water that unfortunately did not come and we had to take a cold morning on the day of check-out.

2 days in Corfu town

Very nice and clean apartment. Well designed with 2 balconies. The territory and the pool are inundated with green, flowers, trees and grass. There is a bar next to the pool were you can order drinks and food.

The position of the hotel is 10 min in bus from old town. 1,5 km from bus station, 2 km from airport, but…. There is only a bus line that deserves that area. Buses 1 in an hour. Very difficult to go to the airport or bus station. You should always call a taxi!

Lovely apartaments with all the appliances needed. Nice and tidy, big terrace outside. Absolutely loved the settings. Pool and sunbeds. Close to the airport. Lovely bakery, cafe and nice restaurant around. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was great that the pool was open, and had a large common area we were allowed to use. It was close to the airport! The staff were helpful in getting us taxis (as you have to take one to get to the city center).

Friendly staff and quite area

The staff was friendly, and the location was good. The garden and pool area were lovely.

The apartment had a bad smell. The bathroom door lock didn't work, making it an unpleasant experience when traveling with friends. It wasn't soundproof; you could hear noises coming from the neighbors. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, making the night sleep not restful.

Very helpful staff. Although we came too early, we were able to get into our room. The cats are cute.

Far from city centre. Busses don't go often and the road to the city is very dangerous to walk on (no sidewalk).

The room was comfortable and cozy. We loved the balcony and privacy of our apartment suite. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The gardens around are beautiful and pleasant, as the sunbathing area around the pool.

We only missed the poolside bar. Unfortunately, it was closed during our stay. It would be great to be able to get fresh coffee in the morning and some drinks or snacks later on in the day within the facilities.

Good hotel to enjoy with family and coople.

The hotel is very good, bar and swimming pool is very good to enjoy. I have been in spring time and the bar not work at night but the reception explain very well everything. I just take the hotel in my last night in Corfu so in the morning I could not enjoy but I really recomend for the first night to enjoy the city, also, is close the airport for facility yourself.

I have a problem in the night because have a lot of cats around and one of them want to sleep in my room when I keep the balcony open, I woke up twice to take the cat out the room.

I like my stay.

It was a very nice, clean and cosy apartment with 2 balconies. A lot of green trees around. Birds singing in the morning. Swimming pool in the garden.

it’s a bit out of Corfu town, it was ok for us because we had a car.
