Brilliant hotel great value for money

Excellent hotel, spacious suite with clean modern amenities. Good breakfast and ideally located for the Parc a bus ride to the old town but nonetheless we enjoyed it for one night!

Extremely accommodating

Only ended up here as had issues with our car driving down through France and nearest dealership (Aston Martin) was in Lyon. Stayed over for 2 nights with the manager going out of his way to make sure we were accomadated second night when apparently hotel was fully booked which was greatly appreciated. Hotel good standard, excellent staff, excellent food.

We stayed 2 nights to see a little of Lyon and chose this hotel for parking facilities.

The staff were friendly and attentive. It’s quite close to Parc de La Tête d’or.

Unfortunately we were only advised of roadwork at the main entrance after the period of cancellation had passed, yet these works had already been in progress since May. Parking was a challenge for our vehicle due to the design of the area.

Gut für einen Stadtbesuch geeignet

Das Fitnessstudio war brandneu und für ein Hotel außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer (6. Stock) war mehr ein Appartement mit eigenem Wohnraum, Küche und getrenntem Bad und Toilette.

Das Esssen im Hotelrestaurant wäre verbesserungswürdig

Médiocre , trés déçu que l'on ne nous apporte pas de chauffage d'appoint

accueil de la réception, facilité pour le parking, décoration et superficie des chambres

Pas d'eau chaude! 19°dans les chambres! non réglable! 17°dans la salle du restaurant le soir pour dîner et également dans celle du petit déjeuner! le matin Gel douche non rempli à coté du lavabo!

Location and room were excellent

Total unhappy that the restaurant was not open after travelling 6 hours to get to the hotel, we couldn't even get a drink in the hotel which was totally disappointing

Stylish and comfortable hotel in an elegant side of the city close to the river and park

Beautiful spacious room, lovely front of house staff, easy to access on-site parking, excellent location for us as we wanted to be close to the river and park, and a bonus to have a little kitchenette. Great value - highly recommend. We stayed only one night but it was absolutely perfect for us..

Very comfortable

We had a clean and modern one bedroom suite with plenty of space for our family of four. The kitchenette was useful, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. We also appreciated having access to laundry facilities.

The hotel restaurant was closed at the time of our visit. Also most of the shops and restaurants in the area around the hotel appeared to be closed for August.

Fantastic facility, would highly recommend booking this hotel!

Very Clean! Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, great breakfast selection and facility! In a great location, walking distance to the beautiful Parc du la Tete D’or Would definitely book again!

Unfortunately, there was construction noise on a building next door :(

Great hotel in a lovely part of the city

The suite was very spacious and the air conditioning worked well in most of the rooms we booked. The gym and sauna was small but also free to use, which was great. The location was very central, just a 20 minute walk through the park to the conference centre.

The button which closes the elevator door was broken. This is a small thing, but it wastes a lot of time. Especially if you are in a rush to leave. Some of the rooms had a broken aircon switch and it didn't work well but the aircon was mostly good.

don't go on weekends

The bed was really comfy. it was clean

the balcony has no chairs/table, there weren't anything to drink in the room, we had to call the receptionist in order to ask for water and no one picked up the phone so my husband had to go downstairs. the room service, the restaurant and the bar where closed because it was the weekend, we were even advised order food through uber eats, not the kind of dinner you expect when you book in a 4 stars hotel.

okay but not worth the money

nice location across from the park breakfast was great

rooms were grubby and dirty In some areas, floors damaged rips in the wall. kitchen table had big chuck’s missing in it. we were in a premier executive suite apparently newly renovated and it was definitely not worth the money, it was run down and poor quality. we have been travelling france all 4 and 5 star hotels and this one was the worse 4 star we’ve stayed in. unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. there is also a note in the kitchen to say you will be fined 60 euros if you don’t leave it as you found it. there is no mini bar no bottled water, and no room service on Saturday and Sunday. for a four star hotel I’d expect a lot more. fitness facility are awful and unclean.

A hotel super good for family with kids.

Location is really great with the park just 2-3 min walking distance. Also i love the breakfast with different options and pancakes. The family room has a well-equipped kitchen which is very convient for a family.

There was complete no heating in the room (except bath room). Mid of May is still pretty cold in Europe and I felt like sleeping in an igloo, and the sound proof of the window facing the street is not very good. A double window is recommended for sound proof and insulation. I think i will still book it next time, but not during Apr/May when there is no heating.

Superb

I had stayed at a premium suite, which was a clean and spacious place for 2 adults and 2 kids, equipped with a compact kitchen. Especially I’d like to thank the hotel for a baby cot in the room.

We had to check out early in the morning for the flight but at that time, the reception desk was a bit busy with only one staff who had to serve a few teams waiting.

kitchenette was very basic, no bread knife or sharp knife for preparing food. no cutting board or oven. it wouldn’t suit a self catering for long periods
