Only good for a short stay.

The location was great as we flew from Heathrow the next day. The staff were very helpful

From the moment we arrived we were extremely well treated by the staff and in particular Jose. It wasn’t a problem to check in early and we were fortunate to be given an upgrade. All staff during our stay in the lobby and the dining area were excellent.

I think you should tell people on arrival about your towel policy. We expected fresh towels daily but would have used a door tag asking for towels if there was one. The door tag was for a full clean. Not a big issue as it was resolved promptly when housekeeping brought us our fresh towels.

Good location, basic hotel.

Basic room but was clean and had everything I needed Good location and busses to and from Heathrow, 4 to choose from. Staff were friendly. Good variety of breakfast options

Lack of staff in restaurant for evening. Meal was expensive for what you got. Basics like hot bacon and sausage and hash brown, they were luke warm.

Really excellent place to base yourself for a London adventure.

Great location with easy public transport access. Great having a late checkout for people with late afternoon flights from Heathrow. Loved having a bath tub after weeks of travelling with only hotel showers.

Room was quite small and the view not inspirational but for the price I was very happy. Didn't spend much time in the room anyway, off into London central on the Tube everyday.

Comfortable

Staff pleasant. Clean sheets and comfortable bed. Good shower.

Carpet tired and needing replacing. Travel to terminals is not direct via Hoppa bus to property but by walking to nearby hotel. I took the public bus instead. Very close by and much cheaper

Good location for Heathrow. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service. Really great value breakfast.

The hotel is tired and could do with some investment and updating. Some musty smell walking along the corridor from the lift but not noticeable once inside the room.

Horrible stay. Other hotels in the area are better.

Bad musty smell throughout the hotel including the rooms. Stains everywhere. Used plates and glasses left outside our room for the duration of our stay. Disgusting old painted bath will peeling and mould. Old saggy soft mattress. I complained and they offered free breakfast but I just wanted to leave.

Would not recommend anyone stays here. I would like a refund.

The breakfast was excellent

The room was really dirty. We had booked a deal including dinner bed and breakfast. On arrival we were told we would have to pay extra for food. Our evening meal was so overcooked that it was hardly edible. The check in took about half an hour because the staff did not have the training

Fine for a night’s stay before a flight.

Very close to airport. Bed was comfortable.

Noisy, so thank goodness for ear plugs! The room was TINY. Shuttle is expensive; I travel a lot, and most airport hotels have free shuttles.

overall quite happy but I would not use the dining facilities

nice hotel, value for money, very easy access to and from Heathrow

personally I think the menu for meals could be improved. the weather was awful so I was obliged to eat in the hotel and I was not impressed.

Comfortable night in a good location

Good location, convenient to the airport. The room was a little small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I found the reception and dining room staff to be very helpful and welcoming

I prepaid for my dinner but it turned out that I had to order it from a special menu. In retrospect I would have preferred not to prepay but to order from the regular menu. I think that this should be made clearer in Booking.com's information.
