A welcome stop after a day of cycling.

Ibis are reliable no frills accomodation.Gret for cycling holidays because the staff are always happy to store bikes in a secure place.

All in all a good comfortable stay. Just wish there were more taxis available.

Staff were brilliant. Very helpful and even offered me a lift to the airport as the taxi never turned up!

Really relaxed.

Staff were friendly and pleasant. Price was good. Location was fine for our needs. Mini table-tennis in lobby was fun. Hotel is outside the town in a retail park but there is a free bus service every hour or two going to the town centre and back, which is really convenient.

Minor issue, but the position of shower-head in our shower was bad - it only pointed over our heads so we had to hand-hold most of the time.

Value stay with great staff

compact rooms but had everything needed. Staff were all exceptional- went the extra mile to ensure all enjoyed their short stay.

Road was noisy but fine with windows closed.

convenient to the airport. Required a taxi to and from Bergerac.

The room was very basic, and my door would not close (room 101). Also, the air conditioning didn't work, which made sleeping impossible.

All good apart from teabags for pillows

Clean, quite roomy

Dear CEO of IBIS, a question for you. When you lay down on your bed at night do you choose to have one pillow the size and consistency of a tea bag? If not then why expect your customers to do so. Your hotels are clean and comfortable but we pay a decent amount of our hard earned money to stay in them so is it really too much of a strain on the profit margin to supply at least one (preferably two) decent comfortable pillows

Very basic setup and just about value for the money.

The shower setup was not very good,no adjustment on the shower head and resulted in water on the bedroom floor.

A good clean and cheap hotel close to Bergerac Airport

Early check-in was straight forward, staff were very helpful. Room was exactly as described and comfortable for what we paid. Free bus into Bergerac centre was really useful.

whilst this property is very basic it has clean comfortable modern rooms. staff are very friendly and helpful. Good Breakfast area also
