Camera spaziosa nonostante eravamo in 4
Bagno un po' piccolo

Fairly close to the tower of Pisa (10min walk) and downtown (15-20min walk). Parking spots available
No chair/table on the balcony. Room quite small. In my opinion a little bit overpriced
3.8
Location allowed us to walk to tower whilst also being handy for the airport.
Over- priced for basic accommodation that is looking quite shabby.
3.8
Comfortable, close to the tower and nice staff
The shower was really small and the door to the shower did not close
3.8
Lovely place. Close to Tower and train station. Clean and tidy room. Helpful staff. Recommended

This hotel was perfect. The price matched the expectations, the location was ideal, as it was very close to the Leaning Tower (10-15min walk) but also to the city centre and to the Pisa Centrale (20min walk). The room and the bathroom were big enough for the two of us, and everything was clean :). The hotel looks the same as the pictures provided and the staff was very nice to us when we arrived and every day until we left :)
The only small issue was that the curtains on the window could not be opened, but the window was opened non stop, with a net that stopped any bugs or mosquitoes from getting in, so we were happy with that.

bed it was not confortante to sleep
bathroom not good for this valued many

Great staff. Most helpful. Cozy single room.
Nothing to dislike.

Close to old town. Friendly staff and locals. Parking on site.
Whole place is dated and likely not much was done since it was established. Rooms a bit tight. Noise carriers through the building.
Breakfast has zero nutrition value: tea/coffee, pastry, jam, etc; so mainly sugar.
We stayed only one night, arriving late and leaving early, but still not the most comfortable experience.
As always in Italy, no kettle in the room.
Edit: just remembered, wifi was poor speed too.

- Location
- Very small shower cabin
- Bathroom had mold forming near the ceiling
- Blankets with holes in them
- One of the luminaries arm was rusted
- The room needs retouching/repainting overall
- The pictures on the site didn't match with the room that was assigned.
- The room had a smell of stale air
- Avoid the Room number 51 (at the time of writing this comment, late March 2023)

Excellent location for Pisa city centre and the sights, the hotel has its own parking though very tight, would not advise a car over the size of a Fiat 500X. 24 Hr check in
The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the shower had a door missing and the shower itself was very poor with low pressure. There was mould on the walls and ceilings.

Location Excelent. Very Friendsly Helpfull Staff. Room was Very Spacius and airy.
I cannot Fault this Hotel. The Price was great too.
I would come back to Pisa just to stay in this Hotel. Oh and the Wild Boar Pasta Meal they reccommented. Excelent. (Bar & Food 62)

great location, close to the centre

The location very near to attraction.
Staff dont understand English. Parking is actually on the street in front of the hotel.

wonderful location. steps away from the tower. awesome staff
lack of plugs in the room. in an age where we have a million electronics, there weren’t nearly enough plugs to charge and power my devices

Location was good. it was near to Pisa tower. Approximately 10-12 mins of walk
No wifi signal available in the room. Bathroom was very small.

The location of the hotel was great
The rooms were old and you could hear everything from the next door
3.8
The location to walk to Pisa Tower. It is easily walk to Pisa Airport or Pisa Central Station which I did upon check out in the morning.
The staff are not friendly and almost no communication with me. My room was next to reception at the ground floor which will have lot of noise when other guests walked by, check in or have their breakfast in the morning. Suggest the hotel to replace the pillow as it is obviously used for long period and didn't replace (really uncomfortable to sleep on that old pillow).
3.8
Close to the bus route and the tower.
3.8
The location is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Maybe 5-10 mins slow walk.
The place is dirty. The carpet is old, and dirty. The bed is very lumpy, old and uncomfortable. Advertised parking available but the back lot is tight even for small cars so we were told to park on the street anyway.
The heating in the room didn't work well, so it was cold in the room (December).
Stay somewhere else, pay a little more.
