Great location and value

Located next to everything, close to supermarkets and restaurants in a safe area. Large apartment with amazing blinds that black out completely. A nice bonus is a washer and a dishwasher. We had an inner court unit and it was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend. The bed was very comfortable too!

Bring your own tea towel for dishes or use the dishwasher.

Unterkunft früher sicherlich gut, wird aber leider vernachlässigt (Sauberkeit und Service), schade!

Zentrale Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Canale Grande.

Schlechte Erreichbarkeit außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten. Zimmer in den unteren Etagen mit Balkon nur mit Air Condition nutzbar wegen des Lärms (Straßenseite mit vielen Motorrädern etc.). Air Condition Zugang aber nur bei sich wiederholenden heißen Tagen. Unser Appartement war sehr schmutzig. Eingerichtet nur mit dem Nötigsten. Kein Kaffee-Automat, noch nicht einmal eine Espresso-Kanne. Zerschlissenes Sofa, das schon bessere Tage gesehen hat. Dunstabzugshaube war nicht zu benutzen, da verdreckt.

Very goo location, close to the city center. Clean and with all the facilities

There is no parking space when you arrive and it's pretty hard to check in and to unload your luggages

Perfect apartment with easy checkin

Very spacious appartment with all amenities such as washing machine available. Located in city center. Very easy check in instructions when reception was not available. Working AC, Wifi, refrigerator etc.

None really. The elevator is tiny so just use the stairs. Shower's a bit small maybe

Service & cleanless - during our stay (Wednesday - Saturday) we did not get clean towels, the garbage was not thrown out nor apartment was cleaned. Bathroom is very old and not clean. Kitchen is not equipped. The bad is uncomfortable

cool and nice place, very close to the city center, cozy and warm! Personal at the desk is friendly and efficient

the place was very dusty and dirt, under the bed we found some old food left there, there was a lot of dust under the beds and furnitures, the bathroom wasn’t on the same level than the rest of the apartment

Good location, cheap made

The location is very good, the apartment's layout is optimal, beds are very comfortable and the balcony is huge.

There are only few sockets and they are according to Italian standards. The only usable socket for charging a laptop is behind the washing machine. The kitchen is poorly equipped. We had only one wine glass, no knife to cut a bread, just one saucepan that's also small. The bathroom equipment is of cheap made: radiator's regulator knob is missing, there are not enough hangers for towels nor dryers, soap holders are missing. Walls are thin, so you can hear every word from the neighborhood - sure they also hear you.

Cheap option for an apartment in Trieste city centre

Location is central but also quiet. There is a big car park nearby, Clear instructions to get the keys. Room size is decent. Good value for money

The whole building would need some renovation. The room is obviously dated but for a short stay it was fine. Great value for money if you need a small apartment in Trieste city centre

Pleasant

Big apartment, comfy and in downtown Trieste.

Kitchen and bathroom were not very clean. Bathroom was also quite small and without a window. A lot of noise during night from the street.

Could have been better.

The Location was excellent, The room spacious. Lift access was avaiable. The WiFi was excellent.

There was so many little things wrong that stopped me scoring it higher. Here are a few. Not properly fitted out kichen eg, lacked wine glasses, vegetable peeler, cutting board etc. The TV offered a poor selection of stations and no way access subscriptions or apps. Had to ask for linen and towels to be refreshed after more than a week. There a big skip bins for rubish collections in the wndow facing street this happens every night around midnight and is very loud.

Good

The location and private parking were excellent. Very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The size of the apartment was ideal and the furniture layout was good. Plenty of wardrobe space.

The fittings were "tired". The washbasin was cracked, the settee arms damaged. The previous guests had not done a good job of washing pots and cutlery. It was difficult to wash pots because there was no dishcloth.

not worth the money

The location

First of all, we didn’t get a room that looks like the photos. The room was really dirty, dishes were not cleaned, floor were full of dust. The facilities in the room are old and not working well. the hairdryer is broken, the water taps are not working as it should in the kitchen and bathroom sink. the shower head is half broken, water going in all directions. The floor on the hallway came off when we walked on it. Wi-Fi barely works. We had a little balcony surrounded by buildings, no light and no privacy. The staffs were not friendly and MANY rules to follow, including cleaning your own dishes and taking out your own rubbish. There is a list of things to follow otherwise they will charge you more.

Superb

The room was very nice and well furnished, the balcony was just amazing. Everything was clean and in working order. If we find ourselves in Tierste again, we will be booking here.

The short opening hours in reception were surprising, but really no problem. But the receptionists we really helpful and friendly, so this is really just nitpick.

Very good

Nice location, 10 minutes from the main square and close to some supermarkets. Well equipped apartment. Check-in was smooth and the reception replied to all our answers easily and quickly.

The kitchen drawers were dirty from the outside, due to their design the dirt gets stuck easily, so they need to be cleaned throughly. The apartment might need to have some fixing done, the basin external ceramic layer was cracked.
