Excelente opción en Cracovia

La ubicación cerca del centro de ma ciudad pero lejos del ruido y cerca de las estaciones de transporte público, lugar muy tranquilo y acogedor, personal súper amable. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y completo.

Besser geht nicht!

Die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gemacht: das Haus, der Innenhof, die Zimmer, der Frühstücksraum samt Frühstück ...Die Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung unseres Aufenthaltes in Krakau war phänomenal. Vor Ort wurden wir weiterhin vom ausnahmslos freundlichen und herzlichen Personal bestens unterstützt.

Great location and friendly staff!

The airco, the big bed and the smart tv was convenient. Sitting outside for breakfast was refreshing, and we got a small presentation of the breakfast buffet, very attentive and a nice personal touch. After checking out it was no problem having our luggage still in the bnb for the rest of the day. Nice and friendly staff! :)

Es war wirklich wunderschön!

Die Größe des Zimmers war sehr schön, auch das Bett sehr bequem. Die Lage ist einfach toll man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen und ist mitten im Geschehen. Das Frühstück war gut.

Das Zimmer könnte modernisiert werden die Küche und so, sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Rewelacja!

W tak czystym i przytulnym apartamencie dawno z rodziną nie byliśmy. Personel był cierpliwy i spełnił kilka naszych dodatkowych próśb. Karteczka na powitanie-doceniam! Pyszne śniadanie. Lokalizacja praktycznie na Głównym Rynku. Podsumowując: nasz kolejny nocleg w Krakowie będzie w tym samym miejscu.

Μου άρεσε που ήταν πολύ κοντά στη κεντρική πλατεία!!το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό..το πρωινό πολύ καλό αλλά φτωχό!!! Επίσης ήταν πολύ καθαρό!

Δεν μου άρεσε μια έντονη δυσοσμία που μύριζε όταν έμπαινες μέσα στο δωμάτιο…που δεν κατάλαβα από που προερχόταν…

Consigliatissimo!

La stanza piuttosto grande e pulita. La posizione ottima, poiché a 2 min dalla piazza principale, lo staff disponibile è cortese. La colazione a buffet varia e con prodotti freschi.

One of the cutest hotels I've ever stayed

Everything was amazing! -Location really couldn't be better. -Staff were very very kind and helpful -Room was super clean and specious -The hotel is really really old and has a very vintage vibe, I loved it. -Very good value for money options. I would stay there again and I highly recommend it!

Krakow at its best

Helpful, flexible staff, fantastic location, nice atmosphere. Upgraded stay (from room to ground floor apartment) at a fair price. Staff did everything to fulfil our wishes.

Exceptional

Staff was excieptional. Super helpful, nice anf friendly and polite. Room was really nice, tidy and clean. Location so close to Main Square. Everything was in walking distance. They even lend you an umbrella if needed! Highly recommened. Breakfast was like at home. Fresh and delicious!

Nice place but expensive compared to other nearby accommodation. Poor value for money

Room was very small and cramped. Two very small single beds. We stayed here one night after being in a much more spacious apartment nearby that was much cheaper. The photos are much nicer than reality. Didn't live up to expectations

Amazing location & delicious breakfast!

Location was amazing - 1 min walk from main square. Room was clean & comfortable. Fridge, kettle & hairdryer provided. No daily housekeeping but we didn’t need it. A few teabags provided in the room, but could also get some in the breakfast room. The breakfast was great - a selection of small croissants, eggs, bacon, sausages, bread, rolls, cereal, coffee, tea, juice etc.

You need a key code to get into the building (normal), but there is also a weird gate with bars to get up to the rooms. It came with a key, but lock didn’t seem to work from the entry side, so we were told to put our hand through the bars and unlock from the other side. It worked, but not very practical. No fan provided, so we slept with the window open for fresh air. It gets pretty loud around 5-6 in the morning with the sound of bins and/or things being moved around in nearby courtyards.

Lovely rooms in perfect location for Old Town. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for Old Town. Staff at hotel are superb, we booked taxi, excursions etc. prior to our stay. Extremely helpful and respond immediately 24/7. Breakfast really nice/fresh great choice of buffet style. Will return here if visit Krakow again.

Really minor criticism but may help to improve: Blackout blinds in the loft windows above the bed would be good.

Superb

The hotel is located in the centre, so you can quickly reach the Wawel and all the museums and other sights. There are nice cafés and restaurants a few steps from the hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast delicious. The staff was very friendly, helpful and organised a trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau for us. We can recommend the hotel to other visitors. We were very satisfied and want to come again.

During the weekend, music could be heard from the nearby night club.

Great location and value

Nice central location in old town. Plenty to do and see and the staff were always there to help with a smile.

Hot water in the shower was pretty inconsistent, but warm showers were ok. It could have been something I was doing wrong also.
