Heritage but not a boutique hotel

Restaurant at the terrace serve really good food. Breakfast is mainly Indian food but was more than ok

The hotel leverage its heritage but unfortunately i would not define it as a so called boutique hotel. We had nothing more than a fair stay. Room are a bit untidy and in picture they look nicer than what they actually are. I think is a bit overpriced for what it offers and I am definitely sure you can find better hotel for same price

I HAVE BOOK A CAB FROM HOTEL GOING TO LOCAL AREAS DRIVER EVERY TIME CALLING YOUR TIME IS GOING SHORT CHRGES ARE APPLICABLE I HAVE TOLD MANY TIME YOU TALK TO HOTEL ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING

Not worth the money

Average food , in same cost I can get a room in five star , no value for money

Very small room , no ventilation, no window , height of room is also low , it's like living in a small cage of 8x 8 ft

Incredible, clean and amazing food!

Everything. From the style and all the original details it was like a mini museum. Then staff were fantastic. Restaurant food was so good we ate there most days. Sometimes for every meal. Beds were comfy and aircon was cold! We loved the pool area and all the seating areas. The buffet breakfast was great too! Special mention to Mr Banwar Singh or waiter who was our fabulous and great conversation!

Beautiful, magical small hotel!

Decoration is absolutely beautiful! not missing any detail to feel in the magic India. Great quiet location Transport is always available Restaurant in the terrace is great It’s very clean

Hotel with Indian culture

Beautifully decorated hotel. Lots of common space like common rooms, balconies, swing, pool.

Reception and restaurant staff were OK but not as friendly as expected from a palatial home. But hotel helpers were very polite and eager to assist. Room was nice but as balcony was public, we could not open our curtains that much.

Change of scenery guaranteed with an attentive staff in a cocoon from an other era , although noisy.

The overall impression is good , due to the hotel itself , like a jewel . It is unforgettable . The staff is very kind and helpful .

The noise is everywhere … but it is an old hotel ! We hear everything in the room : your neighbor above you , the noises beside you … The room is a little bit dark … may be because of the architecture for the sun in summer ! The wifi …. Poor . No hot water one morning ….nevertheless , quickly repaired.

Overall a good stay at this hotel and I would recommend it.

Lovely heritage hotel. We had a large clean room, overlooking the swimming pool. Whilst the room was next to the reception area, it was pretty quite. The beds were large and comfy. Bathroom had a hot-tub which we did not get to use. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the evenings, which was well priced and tasty. There was also entertainment in the evening which was good.

Buen lugar para estar en Jaipur.

Las instalaciones, la decoración es hermosísima. Muy tranquila la zona, el personal servicial. Si regresaría.

La comida a la carta es buena y variada. Por otra parte el desayuno buffet que viene incluído, tiene opciones limitadas.

Très bon séjour à Jaipur en famille

Très bel hôtel typique joliment décoré dans un style de l'époque coloniale. Chambre agréable et confortable. Très bons petits-déjeuners et dîners. Superbe piscine très agréable.

La climatisation ne marchait pas...il faisait donc un peu chaud dans la chambre.. Nous n'avons pas eu de chambre côte à côte pour notre fille, comme nous l'avions demandé lors de notre réservation il y a quelques mois...dommage... cela aurait pu être pris en compte !

Absolutely amazing. Just a fantastic place

The hotel was exceptional. The room and the staff were beyond compare. The food was absolutely brilliant too. We ate at the Rambagh Palace one night and the dining option at the Umaid Bahrain was far, far superior.

Good but didn't meet the expectations

Breakfast served was good, Restaurant was clean and well arranged.

Didn't like the hospitality. We enter the reception after a long journey and asked for a glass of water and were told that it is self service. Could have been at least this much courteous to offer your guests some water. Hope it wasn't nationality biasedness that we will not serve locals but we will serve only foreign tourists!! So my ratings are only down for this reason. You cannot relish a palace if people around are not hospitable!!

Costly, entrance and pathways are narrow, food is costly including water bottles, escape routes can be marked better considering narrow pathway

The food at the rooftop restaurant was excellent.

The hotel was noisy at times. The cleaners made noise in the hallways.

the decor is spectacular and the staff are very friendly. The food was fantastic and I enjoyed the nightly entertainment on the roof top restaurant.

the lift is a 2 person old style lift to suit the style of the hotel. I prefer to use the stairs.

A good stay in a very pleasant hotel with delicious food.

The hotel sent Manish to collect us - after a bit of difficultly finding him, and waving off the incredibly persistent Jaipur touts, we were really happy that he was our driver for the rest of our stay in Jaipur. His (/the hotels?) rate was very reasonable, he spoke good English, and he wasn't too pushy about taking guides, etc. His driving was also the best we experienced in India. The room itself was plenty large enough, and beautifully decorated. The food at the restaurant in the Hotel was probably the best we experienced in India, and we regret not eating there on the first night, as we were out in town!

The bed was hard, and the room didn't have any natural light whatsoever, apart from the shower. Also the pool was a bit cold to comfortably swim in.

Bad experience, the property is miss-marketed as heritage and luxury.

Air conditioning and fans worked well. There was a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. These twp are the only two good thins about he properts.

Location, service, Peoples, cramped pathways, too much noise, we could hear neighbors.
