Convenient distance to the train station.

Ok, not to far from station. You get a bed, not more but ok.

Unforgivingly terrible...

Kinda cheaper than other places, I guess.

Terrible service and design!! They allow us to check-in until 11PM, but they closed the luggage room and luggage lift at 8PM. Luckily, we still can access the luggage room using our key cards (which they NEVER tell us), but we ended up having to carry 4 big luggage bags (each weight around 25 kg) by ourselves from the ground floor to the 4th floor USING STAIRS. And that's not all! The next morning, we came back from shopping and tried using the luggage lift, which is now open. The staff came and ordered us to bring our stuff out of the lift and he used it even though we came first. We even got everything inside the lift already. We ended up carrying everything upstairs again. And when we tried to bring the luggage down the stairs, the staff called the lift to the other floor instead even though our stuff was in there. For the rooms, well, it's small as expected. But since it's on the top floor, the ceiling is sloping down and we hit our heads several times. The bathroom is kinda bad. Shower curtains is too short, which cause the water to spill. And the light bulbs are flickering and I almost got epilepsy because of it. Easily 0/10 and will never come nor recommend this to anyone

Pathetic

There was absolutely nothing to be liked

I booked a family room for 2 adults and 1 child. I got one bed (probably 140x200) and one blanket for all of us. The bathroom was like the one on ships/cruise which was somehow made inside the room and was highly compact. This hotel is an absolute disaster

temiz, güzel ve sakin

otel tren istasyonuna çok yakındı 5-6 dakika yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. self check-in yaparken zorlanmadık bilgileri girince otomatik her şey oldu zaten. oda temiz ve güzeldi, genişliği de yeterliydi. odada belli saatlerde havalandırma açılıyor ve kendiniz kapatamıyorsunuz ama aralık ayında olmamıza rağmen üşütecek bir şey değildi. odaların ısınması da petekle oluyor biz odaya girdiğimizde kapalıydı ama açınca baya güzel sıcak oldu içerisi.

Rooms are so tiny Self check in is really simple Location is very good 10 minutes walk to city Rooms are clean just very very small but price and performance is excellent

Abit overpriced for the room. Really clean and easy checkin so overall was okay.

Tiny and Noisy

The shower pressure was good and it was cheap for Zürich.

This accommodation was very noisy - we heard every word from the street below. We stayed on a Friday night so it was noisy all night. The room is tiny and the bathroom was only separated from the bedroom with frosted glass.

Exceptional

I like the concept of this hotel. It's really "easy hotel" :) Staff answered all my online questions in the fast manner. I like the fact that it was really easy to do checkin, to use luggage lockers, and to get all information at the online checkin desk. Price was good for what you get. It's located in the nice area, close to the main train station and city center, so you can reach main lamdmarks by foot. It was clean.

There is no one person available to ask or get Help. the coffee Maschine is not working properly. This is not worth for 100 CHF . there is no receptionist to guide us for futher tour details I had visited many countries But I have never seen such empty hotel without any person to guide in my life experience. Worst experience and hotel

Disappointing

The location was good. It was 10 minutes on food to the altstadt.

We asked via Booking.com to the hotel if there was hairdryer in the room. And they said yes. But when we went there there was no hairdryer in the room. We asked again and they said that they gave us wrong information before. So we didn't bring any hairdryer because they told us there was one in the room and because of their fault we didn't have any hairdryer during our visit and they did nothing for making up their mistake.

Wouldn't recommend

Close to city centre and very close to train station

We stayed for 3 nights, so 4 days. They gave us 1 towel each, plus one small towel for drying hands. When I asked for more towels for day 3, they said that there was a charge and didn't seem to want to give them to us. Response was very rude. There was a crack in the mirror which they had tried to cover up but the cover was swinging off. The bathroom door only opened slightly and then banged off a piece of the room which was sticking out, this was very annoying. No lifts in the hotel, and we were on the top floor which was difficult to bring luggage up and down. Part of bed frame was sticking out and hurt my leg at one stage. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with the response I got from the towels.

The size of the room and the comfort of the bed were fine- the location is perfect for business travellers as it is so close to the station

The room had bits of food on the floor so clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. The door to the bathroom does not close properly so if anyone stays there who is not alone that would not be ideal. More hangers would be useful for business travellers, apart from this it was fine

Affordable and good for tourists

The room is good. Walking distance from the central station also a good number of restaurants in walking distance. Self-checkin option is available and it is quite hassle-free.

The bathroom is small. No elevator for people only for luggage, so you have to use the stairs always. There is no table and chair in the room.
