Šajā hotelī es noteikti vēl un vēl izvēlēšos savu atpūtu, kad atkal ciemošos skaistajā Ļvivā.

Viens no hoteļiem, kuros viss ir perfekti. Gan apkalpošana, gan tīrība, gan pats hotelis. Senā ēkā ar biezām sienām, kluss un mājīgs. Uz vietas pieejamas visas ērtības, var dabūt garšīgu kafiju pat nakts vidū.

Tur naebija absolūti nekā, kam varētu piesieties.

Sehr sauber , das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Parkplatz gab es in der Fußgängerzone direkt vor dem Hotel

Die Unterkunft war mit Frühstück. Jedoch bestand das Frühstück aus einem Brot mit Ei o.Ä. Und einem Café. Alles andere musste man extra bezahlen. Das gab dadurch Kommunikationsprobleme zum Ende hin. Im Grunde war das kein Frühstück

Exceptional

This hotel is situated in a top location, right in the very center. The staff is great and very caring.

One thing that could be trouble - is noise from the street, especially if you check in during the weekend.

Just perfect

Everything was perfect! The staff is super nice and kindly, they knew answers o all our questions.. Yulia (not sure) at the desk was responsible and kind. The room and the whole hotel is beautifully designed.. The breakfast was very good and the dining area is comfy. The hotel located at the very central of the old city, but yet its quiet inside. Loved everything!

That's the holiday over.. and we left.

Great for a City Break

The hotel is in a fantastic location within the old city. It's a short walk from where your taxi will drop you but it is really simple to find. The staff were great and always happy to help. The room was a nice size and comfortable! Nice powerful shower.

If you're on the lower floors it can be quite noisy outside given the hotels prime location, so difficult to have a window open.

The superb place with exceptional staff!!!

It is a welcoming place with great staff. The rooms here are exceptionally clean and comfortable. But, the main thing is the attitude towards the guests - I felt like a part of the family. The special gratitude for Oxana. Will definitely come back ASAP.

A good and nice hotel in the center of the city!

I stayed in this hotel 3 nights. Location is great, just few steps away from the main square, everything at walking distance but there is also a tram stop close by if needed. The common areas are super nice, as it was also my room. I was a bit surprised that there was no door for the bathroom but in the end I was alone so ok. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area where there are many bars and restaurants, and they provide earplugs for the night in case of noise...I slept with earplugs and didn't have any issue. In the room I found also a bottle of water and soap, shampoo, etc that was nice. Some comments about the room: - housekeeping was done only if requested; - I think that maybe an additional shelf in the bathroom would be helpful as also maybe in the room itself, the cabinet was a bit small. I didn't try the breakfast. Receptionist are available between 9 and 18. Outside these hours there were the doormen but they didn't speak english. One of the receptionist, Yulia (I hope I remember correctly the name, anyways she is a blonde young lady) is great, she gave me a lot of suggestions about places to visit, restaurants, tour, etc. I really appreciated it! I asked for an early check in and they accepted my request, as they could keep my luggage the last day while I was visiting the city. They can also help to arrange transfer and tours. Price I think it is the average touristic one. If I would recommend this hotel? YES!

Exceptional

All the rooms are clean, staff is really friendly. There was pretty nice views from the windows. Also there wasn't any loud night noises or music, so pretty good soundproofing there. Beds are comfy and nice. A bit hard to find hotel from the street view, but totally worth it.

There was no any real problems at the place at all. However, wasn't have opportunity to check restaurant there.
