Great and helpful staff.
Good location for that part of town, easy to get the bus to the bus station from the airport.
Looks very glittery and shiney
The bathroom could have a refresh. So old cigarette burn marks on the bath. But it all worked and felt lovely.

Location was good. breakfast was ok. comfy beds.
water pressure in toilet was pathetic. parking on site depends on your luck, else they park it a few blocks away. there was a musty smell all over. loud music at night. ground floor club has shady men lurking all over, not so good for families.

Kind and polite staff, clean rooms and nice breakfast. Due to I had an early flight the staff prepared a rich breakfast box for me, free of charge. Nice location and safe area. Free WIFI to all areas.

Great hotel and the staff were good 👍

The room they eventually changed us into was great. It was clean, big and smelled good too. It kept with the beautiful aesthetic of the hotel's reception.
The front desk staff were warm, polite and accommodating. When my wife and I had complained of the initial two rooms allotted to us, that they smelled heavy of cigarette smoke, with poor room and linen cleanliness, one room had the noisiest bathroom exhaust fan and had live cockroaches running around, we were immediately given another room to move into.
On the third room change, we finally got the room that we liked which was also advertised on booking.com. The new room was located in a different wing of the hotel that appeared renovated and posh.
Breakfast was decent and of buffet type.
Housekeeping staff did a great job maintaining and cleaning the new room.
Good shower pressure in the bathroom with steaming hot water available at an instant 24/7.
As mentioned above. The old wing of the building was horrible and run down. It smelled thick of cigarette smoke and was unbreathable. We felt that we were cheated of our money with those initial two rooms.
Internet connect was abysmal and was purposefully being disconnected late at night and in the early hours of the morning as confirmed by one of the front desk staff.
The mattress was firm to hard which didn't bother us but I would advise you to not jump on it assuming that it would feel soft and bouncy as you could really hurt yourself.
The hotel had a souvenir shop at the entrance of the hotel building which was always closed.

it’s cheap for Bahrain and location is very good if you want to next to the Souq.
also
the guys opening the front door are so sweet and helpful ., they are best feature of this hotel
The room reeked of stale cigarettes.
All night noise of the road traffic plus music (also pretty much all night long) coming from somewhere ?
the aircon must be stuck on icebox temp .. switched it off but then the road noise is more noticeable
didn’t get much sleep at all

the staff was cooperative
this hotel is not for families. In lobby all the prostitute girls are standing and calling every other man. The music is so freaking loud all the time was unable to sleep at night peacefully. The room was smelling so bad like an old furniture shop. The blanket was having some blood stains on it. Every other person is staring so weirdly.
