Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt mit perfekter Lage und tollem Personal im Erwachsenenhotel

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, wir mussten nur maximal 10 Minuten zum Skilift laufen und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für faires Geld Ski auszuleihen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und verfügt einen tollen Wellnessbereich mit ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten, einem tollen Saunabereich und einem Ruheraum. Auch im Poolbereich ist es aufgrund des Erwachsenenhotels sehr ruhig tagsüber, wobei man gut abschalten kann. Der Zimmerservice ist flink und gut, generell das ganze Personal ist super zuvorkommend und nett. Auch das Abendessen war einwandfrei.

Beim Abendessen gibt es vegane Optionen, beim Frühstück hingegen weniger. Hier hätte ich mir eine kleine Auswahl gewünscht. Zudem fehlte bei einigen Optionen die Beschilderung, weshalb es ab und zu schwierig war zu sehen um welches Müsli oder Ähnliches es sich handelt.

lovely hotel let down by poor management/reception staff

stunning building, lovely rooms, beautiful spa (which unfortunately you can only use until 11) relatively close to the ski lifts but a bit of an uncomfortable walk.

staff in the restaurant/bar area were amazing. they were attentive, chatty and well trained. the same cannot he said for the reception staff. they were cold, rude, condensing and generally set the mood the rest of the holiday. it was also a shame that we couldn’t use the spa facilities once we had checked out at 11 without paying €35 per person.

The restaurant staff and bar staff were great, excellent customer service and amazing food

The reservations manager was very rude and very unfriendly. He didn't smile, thought it appropriate to speak to me angrily. I think he is either is racist and didn't want us there, or hates his job and dealing with the General public. Either way I'd never return to his hotel or recommend it to others. There are many beautiful hotels in Austria and mayhofen where you will be treated better. Weirdly, the other reception staff were also unfriendly, and none smiled, but the other staff in the hotel were great. Must be because they are working under the manager..

Our stay at this hotel was incredible. It was beyond our expectations. The room is very unique and it has this authentic feel. The breakfast and dinner are amazing. Will definitely return.

One of the best hotels in Mayrhofen.

Spa & pool is superb, splendid.

Breakfast and restaurant 7/10. It should be (one musician) piano live music in the nights in lounge & pub.

Beautiful hotel, highly recommend, will return

Beautiful hotel, wonderful amenities, dinner and breakfast was delicious. Spa is beautiful. Location is great- close to many walking routes. The highlight of this hotel was Otto, who completed guided walking tours to various beautiful locations, we saw many things that we otherwise would not have seen. Sabrina at Reception was also brilliant. Highly recommend

No outdoor pool (there is an outdoor swimming pond?), no tea/coffee machine in room.

A fabulous spa hotel in beautiful Tyrol

My second time at this hotel - got upgraded to the suite, absolutely fabulous. The bathroom with the giant tub and terrace access was out of this world. The swimming area/natural pond across the street is stunning! We felt like we didn't have enough time to make use of all the amenities and will certainly be back.

The food was very tasty, although I do wish that the focus was a bit more on regional products and local dishes. We loved the Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen and would like to see more of that :) this is me being uber critical tho, all in all our dinners were fabulous and the service was great.

excellent for spa lovers

the Service was excellent, fantastic staff - they all made you feel at home. we loved the spa!

it’s a rather big Hotel, so you might find yourself ending up in your room to find a real quiet spot. we were there during a real heat wave. Rooms are well isolated, though no Airconditioning. moreover sleeping with open windows was hard as the Hotel is near a busy street and next door was a big construction side (building apartments) that started making noise 7am every day… so although the hotel and staff was fantastic, we returned home pretty exhausted due to lack of sleep.

Very comfortable, friendly and welcoming hotel with excellent spa

excellent location. Spa and swimming pool were brilliant and the room was very comfortable.

Evening meal times quite restrictive and the food combinations were frequently quite unusual and perhaps not too everyone’s taste, for example ‘fried beef tartare with rum soaked fruits’. Would suggest providing salad, soup, cheeses and desserts as buffet options and then 3-4 main dishes for guests to choose from on a daily menu.

Perfect luxurious getaway

We chose ElisabethHotel for our little honeymoon and we couldn’t have chosen better! Everything was perfect - our room was clean, comfortable and super spacious, the food was excellent and we loved the luxorious spa! The staff was also very friendly and we even took the opportunity to get a massage (highly recommended!). We are already planning on coming back - thank you so much, HotelElisabeth!!

Exceeded our expectation, we will definitely return!

Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was not big but very very good, SPA, SPA, SPA!!! SPA was absolutely wonderful!!

The only thing I was missing is a coffee machine in the room, a small espresso machine with a couple of capsules would have been great

It was really nice and apart from one or two grumpy members the staff in general were excellent.

Most things were great

The heat in our room was too high and there was no way of turning it down. They didn’t have a lighter duvet to offer us instead, they should have the offer of summer duvets if they cannot control the heat in individual rooms.

The staff were incredible. All very helpful and all were fully informed about the guests, which rooms they're in, what package they're on, where are their breakfast tables, when are they leaving, and even small details like what drinks we had the night before and asked if we wanted the same again the next time we were at the bar area. I'd like to add a special thank you to Sabrina who was so helpful with all her restaurant recommendations. Thank you Sabrina, can't wait to see all again next season...
