Good hotel in Milazzo

Nice view, decent room size, good breakfast

Parking too far away, I was called twice to relocate my vehicle spot although parked where I was told. The room was clean however as stay loaded with cigarette and used tea bags was left on the terrace. Not a nice sight. Rooms are declared as no smoking but still people do smoke there.

Nice resort hotel in a very good location, nice views

Good location, a few minutes walk to the waterfront. Very good breakfast.

Pool water was cold but I suppose it's normal for this time of year. (Not heated)

sehr schönes, modernes Hotel in bester Lage mit äusserst freundlichem Personal

Top Hotel, modern, sehr schöne Lage mit Meerblick und grosser Terrasse/Balkon; zu Fuss nur 10 Minuten in die Altstadt von Lipari und zum Hafen, wo man mit der Fähre ankommt. sehr schöne Poolanlage; das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; wir bekamen das 2. Zimmer für die Kinder als upgrade mit Meerblick, das war sehr grosszügig da Gartenblick gebucht war.

Frühstück war nicht ganz so top wie der Rest

Vacanze Eoliane di Settembre

Struttura elegante, pulita in posizione comoda a 2 passi dal corso principale, che offre, tra le altre cose anche un 'ottima colazione. La cosa che a mio avviso fa veramente la differenza é il personale sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi necessità. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e in futuro torneremo con piacere.

Great. Would definitely stay again

The staff were all fantastic to deal with: very helpful always. The facilities are lovely and the view great. Thoroughly recommend.

We had one evening meal in the restaurant and the service was very slow. When the main course arrived it was cold (when it should not have been). The breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic, just not the evening meal.

Excellent location, amazing hotel - great pool !

Location was excellent a short walk into the main street and then the marina. Our room was very roomy, great outlook and easy to access the pool. The breakfast setting was perfect looking out to sea, all white and the food was excellent great variety. The service was great and the reception team gave great suggestions for what to do. Overall an excellent hotel when staying in Lipari.

Exceptional

We have such a great stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful, really helpful and kind. They by beyond what was expected with helping us organise trips, onward travel and even locating a lost iPad! The breakfast buffet was amazing, such a great selection and catered to all ages. I would highly recommend the hotel for it’s beautiful views, and exceptional staff.

The pool wasn’t heated ( we stayed in May). Very cold to get into but we adjusted once in!

A lovely hotel in Lipari

This hotel is beautiful. Fabulous sea views from the bedrooms, pool area and restaurant. It is a short walk into town or you can catch a taxi for €15 to anywhere in town if you are too hot or not great on your feet (we visited with grandparents and small children so took the taxi a few times). The people who work there are fabulous and couldn’t do enough for us. We all absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Mea.

Incredible stay in Lipari at Hotel Mea.

A fabulous weekend stay.

The receptionist staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The property including the rooms was very clean and tidy. The views from the balcony were fabulous as well as the scent from the lemon trees. The quality of the breakfasts and dinners were excellent as was the attentiveness of the restaurant staff. I had my birthday there and the staff went over and above to make precious memories. We would love to return again.

Lovely stay

This is a lovely, well run hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. It's location affords a lovely view, although it is a bit of an uphill walk. Breakfast is generous, and varied.

At breakfast the scrambled eggs were dry and unpleasant and the bacon sat in a pool of grease.

A conveniently located hotel suitable for families

The hotel is well located, just a 10 minute walk from the port. Elena from the front desk was very friendly and contacted the management to change our rooms to make our family more comfortable. The hotel was very clean and had nice rooms.

The breakfast had staff, but it was not managed properly. Food was not being replenished timely, no bacon, eggs were cold - yellow cheese from day before - little selection - no white cheese or any vegetables. For this class of hotel we would have expected much more.

Exceptional

Extremely friendly helpful staff from front desk to maids. When my daughter cut herself they extended our check out indefinitely and everyone participated in first aid and helped us getting to a hospital.

We chose this hotel as the reviews mentioned cleanliness. Our sheets were not changed from the previous guests. They were dirty and soiled. Once we informed the staff they changed them immediately but hinted that it was us that dirtied the sheets. There was no compensation offered for the distress until I asked for it.

nice hotel, but my room wasn't great!

Hotel is very pretty. location is great. good breakfast! nice pool.

my room was only accessed by a door going outside to the terrace. so you had to walk up a flight of narrow steps that were rather dark at night. the pillows were hard! bed was comfortable. breakfast ends at 10am which is 1/2 hour earlier than all of the other hotels I've stayed in on this trip. too early!! last but not lease... water bugs in my room!!!! horrible!! couldn't sleep!!!! was happy to leave the hotel, even though the hotel was nice.
