We were going to a conference at the Washington State Fair and this home was PERFECT. Three minute walk to the Fairgrounds, Safeway, jack in the box, and Taco Bell all within a 5 minute walk. House was well appointed and clean with great instructions on how to use the facilities. Couldn’t have picked a better property.

Great place to stay for exploring Puyallup, attending fairground events or exploring the area. Rainier, St. Helen’s, Olympic Peninsula, skiing and ocean all within reach from a wonderful home within walking distance of grocery and top tier dining. Just an amazing value and spectacular accommodation.

We attended the state fair. Very close and convenient. Beds were all comfortable and everyone slet well. Will definitely be booking again next year.

While the proximity to our event was nice, communication with the owner was good and the home was well appointed, the chemical smell was so strong it was like being in an insecticide fog. Owner explained it was to prevent the spread of covid, at the requirement of VRBO. In addition, scented bounce drier sheets left chemical smells in the sheets. It was difficult to be in the house. Sadly, nice owners, nasty chemical exposure. Wont be using VRBO again.

My family and I chose this house because of the proximity to the WA State Fairgrounds. We were there to celebrate our daughter qualifying for the State Fair and riding her horse in 4H equine classes. Since we were in Puyallup for 6 days, this house being so close to the fairgrounds was a welcome break from the weekend crowds and hot summer days. The house was clean, well kept, and perfect for our short time stay in Puyallup. The host was easy to get a hold of, very responsive, and most importantly, super nice. Unfortunately, our daughter has aged out of 4H, but if we ever need a place to stay while attending the fair or visiting friends, we’ll be sure to book this house again. It was perfect!

Great location! Clean & comfortable.

Our 2 night stay placed us within 10 minutes of the venue we were attending. The proximity to other businesses was also convenient. We really enjoyed our dinner at the Mazatlan Restaurant on Meridian.

The overall stay was good. The home is as advertised. It is very close to the state fairgrounds. The neighbors seemed good, however it was clearly on the edge of a rougher part of town. The home itself was charming and nice. It had everything you could need other than an ice cream scoop. The owner requests you use her soap, but only provides three packets for a week, so plan on bring some laundry pods. The house was mostly clean, just needed dusted well and a refrigerator clean. The check-in security was simple. There could be more communication, I appreciated we were not overly communicated to like I have been by others, but I think more than one email is a good idea. There are clear instructions left on the property which was helpful. Beds were adequate, but storage is lacking for a longer stay. Each rooms has one dresser that is available and hanging space. They other closets and even night stands are full of the owners extra sheets and such. We would use the property again.

We had a perfect 3 days at Toni's home. It's a little like staying at your favorite aunt's house - comfortably furnished, extremely well stocked, bright and cheery, a happy home. The house was spotlessly clean and the a/c worked great. The fair grounds are literally at your doorstep. Safeway and some cute restaurants are just a couple blocks walk, and everything else you might need or want (TJ Maxx, Costco, Fred Meyer etc) is a 5 minute drive. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Toni for being such a kind and responsive host!

Work crew preferred this over the local Holiday Inn.

This is an excellent location - we walked to the Saturday Market at Pioneer Square, to a dog show at the State Fair, and town center to eat. Very easy access to highways. The cost for spacious and comfortable house for three is slightly less than hotel rooms in the area.
Great front porch to drink morning coffee and evening happy hour. TVs in bedrooms and living room, good internet connectivity, dining table that seats six, well furnished kitchen, and all appliances working!
Only draw back was master shower has low pressure and it’s hard to regulate the temp but we figured it out!
Bottom line - I visit my son and grandkids every year in Puyallup and will rebook this place!

Overall it's a nice, quiet place. It had everything we needed. A grill would be nice, but that's just what we normally cook on. It certainly beats the hotels.

This was the perfect house to attend the Sewing Expo at the Washington State Fairgrounds in Puyallup! The house was clean and quiet, well appointed, and two blocks from the fairground entrance! Who could ask for more?!

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. My two co-workers and I come to Puyallup for the Washington Sportsmen's show each year and we love staying here instead of a hotel. We are walking distance to the fairgrounds and the house has everything we need during our stay in late January or early February. We look forward to our next visit next year. Thank you Toni for another wonderful experience.

We've spent several Christmas weeks at this property, so we enjoy it. We made nightly dinners for the group, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. There is room to seat 8 at the table and room to spread out.
House is located an easy walk from Starbucks, fast food restaurants and a supermarket. That was important as we had snow, then an ice storm the first 2 days. The gas fireplace kept the house cozy and the oversized recliner was everyone's favorite. Easy access to a freeway that will take you North to Seattle, to the many local restaurants on South Hill or to the mountains.
The owner is very responsive to needs or questions. Great for a Winter get away.

Our family of 4 stayed 9 days and had all the great conveniences there as this house is well stocked. The master bedroom king mattress is very comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace in the living room area on the chilly days. The dining room table was excellent for our work and meals, and games it was a great central spot. There is a variety of games to choose from.
Close to Starbucks, grocery stores, Walmart, hiking trails & Costco. Outside the fairground gates if you are interested and have time. Events were happening almost daily. Easy access to the freeways also. We really appreciate our time here.

The house was perfect for our family. My granddaughters were thrilled to see all of the stuffed animals, toys, and games. The rooms were wonderful and we lacked nothing as far as supplies. We felt very safe and wandered out into Puyallup. There was a traveling car show going through town that was a lot of fun. Thank you Toni! We would definitely stay here again.

We came to attend the Puyallup Fair. The house was only two blocks from the gold gate. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the deck, we did enjoy the living area in the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and communication with Toni was excellent. The location of the home was was great; we felt super safe and everything we needed was close.
The house was very comfortable for 2 couples and was within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, groceries and even the downtown farmers market. This a great option when in the Tacoma area as downtown is a short drive but everything you really need is right in Puyallup. We will definitely use Toni again if we are in the area.

Perfect for visiting our son’s family
Although our primary reason for visiting Puyallup was to see family, this home is close to many attractions, especially the State Fairgrounds. The home is well appointed and comfortable, exactly what we needed, and the owner was readily available and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
