Repas variés et plats marocains de qualité, animatrices Kids Club très gentilles, situation bord de mer idéale.
Déceptions sur déceptions depuis notre arrivée. Une attente très longue puis aucun bagagiste qui nous accompagne dans la chambre alors que nous étions avec un bébé, deux grandes valises et que je suis enceinte. Frigo qui sentait très mauvais dans la chambre, attache serviettes qui manquaient donc aucune possibilité de faire sécher. Organisation et communication très mal gérées, notamment concernant les horaires d’ouvertes et réservation pour les restaurants de l’hôtel. Réceptionnistes et personnel très froids, pas aimables (sauf pour les animateurs, heureusement qu’ils sont là). Réception qui promet des choses mais ne le fait pas ou seulement après les avoir relancés 5x (changer draps car notre fille avait fait pipi). Très très très déçus de nos 5j passés dans cet hôtel, pour le prix payé nous aurions attendus un service de plus grande qualité et pourtant nous sommes vraiment pas exigeants.

I was a bit hesitant to book because of some of the reviews but I absolutely loved this hotel. It’s quite big but it’s all connected and it’s really nice to walk around since it’s not just one big building with rooms but rather lots of small buildings with rooms, which makes it feel more like a resort. It also has sooo many areas to lay sit or to lay down, either by the pools, in front of the beach, at the beach itself, etc. It was all extremely convenient and the location was perfect. Our room was super nice, the aircon was working perfectly, the shower was as cold or as hot as you wanted it, the beds were comfortable and there was daily housekeeping and they replaced our coffee and tea every day. We only hired breakfast so we ate out one day, the rest of the days we loved the hotel so much that we just ordered take out and got it delivered to the main entrance and we were able to eat by the pool or by the beach. It was an amazing experience that totally surpassed my expectations, I would definitely do it all over again.
The only thing I didn’t particularly like was the fact that entertainment at night was very loud until quite late (11 or so) and so if you wanted to read by the balcony or have your balcony open the music and the noise was quite annoying, but that’s just me!

Excellent hotel, very clean, fabulous pool, and the location is perfect. The hotel is across the promenade from the beach, and they have a private section of the beach where they have free sun loungers for hotel guests. Food for the all-inclusive is very good for what you pay, and you definitely will not go hungry.
Our room was beside the outdoor stage where the evening entertainment is held and was very noisy up to 11pm every evening.
Long walk to toilets if you are at the bar nearest the beach as the toilets in that area were closed for works.

- Le wifi est catastrophique voir inutilisable.
- Les toilettes de notre chambre semblait être dysfonctionnel et était vraiment malodorante au bout de 1 ou 2 utilisations.
- Il n'y à pas d'ascenseur, nous devions monter les 3 étages à pied (6 cages d'escaliers), étant enceinte cela était fatiguant.
- Il n'y à pas de volets et les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants pour pouvoir dormir après le levé du soleil.
Dans l'ensemble déçu de l'hôtel qui fait un peu vieillot et mériterait un petit coup de rafraichissement.

Good location right next to the beach, good pool area, cheap for a couple of nights
Ants, don't take a ground floor balcony room, we woke the first day to a trail of ants coming in the front door and under the balcony door straight to the bathroom bin
Even when the bin was emptied they were still there that evening , Hotel said they could put treatment down but requested another room instead, said it would be ready after 12 but came back at 2 and still not ready and had to leave for a trip again so didn't end up getting a new room
balcony door also didn't lock
Bar is very limited at the pool, not a cocktails by the pool type of place

Pool and location both good, beach beautiful and we got beach sunbeds and body boards when we wanted them with no issues. Good having a proper duvet instead of sheets and a blanket - although duvet and pillows were really old and lumpy. Entertainment team were fun and kids enjoyed the kids club and activities. It is a shame lots of negatives existed because this has the potential to be a really great hotel.
Whilst we were initially pleased with our room as it appeared recently refurbished and quiet smart, it had multiple issues - the AC dripped significant amounts for 4 of the 5 nights, meaning it was unusable - this could be very difficult for guests inwq warmer months. The shower didn't drain away meaning it either flooded or we had to stand for a few minutes with the water off during the shower. The sliding doors had dodgy locks effectively meaning they were not secure even after maintenance worked on them. Staff were unhelpful and not easy to reach - telling us to come back to see someone at 10am the next day for example, but then we would find out they were all in a pre planned management meeting. It felt like they wanted to avoid situations rather than deal with them. There were multiple people who reported issues with toilets and sewage smells, which we experienced in the restaurant toilets which were foul and overflowed. The food and drink were very mediocre, but this wasn't a top end hotel so for the price it wasn't bad. Very loud music around pool and whole hotel until well past 11pm means this is a hotel for those who are ok with a party type atmosphere rather than anyone wanting a quieter hotel.

Le repas restaurant Italien vraiment pas super.
Une demi-heure d'attente afin de pouvoir avoir une boisson au bar le soir. Les bases pour cocktails en all inclusives sont très mauvaises.
Personnels pas très agréables, à part 3 serveurs au bar, 1 garçon de salle et Fatima qui faisait des crêpes au petit déjeuner.
Animations décevantes. Manque de place assise le soir afin de voir un spectacle. Manque de soirée dansante.

chambre ok mais attention pas d'eau en bouteille dans la chambre? nous avons demandé et un serveur ( à un bar) nous a dit "au diner tu la prend". en all inclusive nous voilà à attendre de l'eau et promener (comme tout le monde) notre bouteille ou nos gobelets en plastique!
nourriture correcte mais la salle de repas est une cantine et les serveurs sont inéfficaces et à peine aimables
jus et soda de mauvaise qualité (pas frais et coupés à l'eau)
le personnel de la réception est avare d'information et ne nous a meme pas dit "bonjour" à notre arrivée encore moins un verre d'accueil ou autre signe de bienvenue

Staff is generally friendly and helpful though some didn't speak much English.
The room is decent enough for two people and has everything we needed.
If you go to breakfast after 8:30 then there is always a long queue for fried eggs. Not sure why they can't pre-cook some fried eggs which are always in demand during breakfast.
I wish there is more varieties for breakfast.
The biggest problem for us was wifi in our room was extremely poor; we called receptions three times about the wifi but nothing happened. This might be because the room was in the corner; still they could at least try to fix this. In the end, we just gave up calling and used our mobile data a lot as the wifi signal was just too weak to be stable.
