second time my husdsband and i visit the hotel

that is close to everything in town hotel was clean and employees were nice and friendly need to better breakfast

eed to better breakfast eggs were cold and there was a gentleman serving the brekfast eggs not enough and hotel was full everything was cold room was leaking in the bathroom and room smell like milddew i called the front desk and been that they were full no rooms to move us so we ended up staying in the room the send some one to clean roo again but still leak in the ceiling and safe was also nor working

Exceptional

My husband and I liked it very much. We were able to check in earlier. Parking was super convenient. The location is very convenient. Rooms have character!

Couldn't find an AC remote.

The staff was friendly, the location has great and it includes free parking and breakfast.

The hotel needs some improvements, the Air Conditioning of the room doesn't had a way to graduate temperature and the noise from the street was really high.

Very good

All the staff treated us very friendly and all the facilities were very clean including the room.

Only two things we didn't like, the air conditioning unit was very noisy and the tv channels were freezing.

Used it only for a night for sleeping. Other than that, the place sucks.

Like the location. Centered in the town of Mayaguez and very accessible to surrounding areas.

The room looked like it came out of a exorcist movie. Full of very old and abandon wooden furniture that smelled horrible. Smelled like old moisture since entering the room. Despite being clean, overall, the air conditioner was dirty, with black colored vents , not working properly, and it was very warm. Air conditioner was full of fungi and you could see it on the vents ( ended up calling reception, which were really helpful). In my opinion, for the price, this place needs a complete overhaul. I will not recommend this place.

Truly a Wonderful Stay, so long as you know breakfast is non-existent

The property is centrally located and overall just a delightful experience. If you feel like staying in and enjoying a glass of wine by yourself or with your companion, go to the fifth floor, grab a chair and enjoy the views.

Breakfast. The only items available were bacon and pancakes, and the pancakes were cold as the warming device was not working. These are easy things to fix, had the staff not been more interested in socializing among themselves than working. For almost forty-five minutes we watched four staff members laugh, share whatever it was there were sharing on their phones wit hone another and just having a good old time while the rest of us sat there and waited for perhaps the scrambled eggs to be refilled. We ended up getting breakfast across the street, which we would have done at an earlier time in the day had we known what expected us. This should have been a "slam dunk" perfect review but it was not to be because socializing amongst the staff on a Sunday morning appears to be a higher priority.

The facility is in a very good centric location if you want to explore the town of Mayaguez. It is fairly clean and staff is very attentive. Breakfast is ok, will do the work.

It is noisy and for people that can’t sleep with noise around can be a challenge.

it’s an old building, si rooms are a little tight; air conditioning was too cold and not enough blankets.
