Ideal place to stay with family and friends.

Location excellent. Facilities modern and met all requirements.

The shower is over a large spa bath and I felt unsafe taking a shower - entering g and exiting the bath.

Excellent. I have already booked again to come back.

Apartment was like in the images. clean. Large. soooo central and east to get to anywhere from here. JJ’s next door was really nice food. The people of Kiama just really nice all round.

Great location, good facilities and well priced

The property had all we needed and was well appointed. The location was ideal and was in easy walking distance of everything. The self checkin was the easiest we have ever experienced.

Great place, very comfortable and loads of space

Location was great. Apartment had everything we needed. All our questions were answered in the paperwork provided. Most enjoyable stay.

bed was terrible very soft and lumpy and windows in bedroom can only be opened 100mm making it rather stuffy to sleep of a night

Spacious, comfortable apartment that is well located in Kiama.

The property is well located in Kiama. Easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, beach etc. The two bedroom apartment was very spacious and had all the basics needed for our stay.

appalling customer service! which is a great shame because the apartments, and location are lovely

location and apartments themselves are great

the staff; office was supposed to be manned from 9-5 this was not the case. when trying to book I phoned as I had troubles with the website and nobody was in the office (3pm Friday afternoon), the staff member was unhelpful and rude, unable to take my booking over the phone, unable to even confirm availability, and told me to just book it through bookings.com! we then arrived the following day (Saturday 2pm) for check in and again nobody was there, when phone again the rep was rude and belittling as he directed us via phone to use the self check in.
