The location is fine, easy walk to town, and the price is low. Wouldn't recommend. My daughter didn't want to sleep there, but it was late (after dark), so I told her to focus on the fact that it was better than camping.
You know the place is a bit sketchy when the guy at the desk says he'll show you the room before you pay :) This place is run down, you get what you pay for. The first room we rejected because of no working light in the bathroom and roaches on the floor. The second room we took, but had to request they change the dirty pillowcases.

Friendly staff and reasonable breakfast. Every one I talked to was eager to help.
A bit old and it wasn't very clean

Location was ok and 24 hrs service.
Price-quality balance is awful. We choose the hotel among the other 4 options that have 24 hrs front desk because we were going to arrive late. As the hotel was the most expensive one, we expected a piece of quality. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, (ok to expect it in a tropical area but they have to keep the door size longer so they cant enter or whatever precaution else is needed). I’ve asked for a soap cz there wasn’t anything hygienic in the bathroom, and stuff said he was going to come back with it, -nobody returned. Facility is old, they don’t maintain it but asking for the same price like the other hotels which are newer. Breakfast consists of biscuits, bread, a few things more but all junky food, no cheese no fruit. Very disappointed about rates in booking.

The facilities surely have seen better days, but the super friendly staff made up for the facility shortfalls.

The location was good
The room was not cleaned properly, airco was leaking and the facilities were really old.

Helpful front desk staff. Spacious room. Free breakfast has good variety. Quiet neighborhood. 30-45 mins walking to Hito Tres Fronteras & to the river. 30 mins walk to the bus station to Igauzu Fall.
Explanation on where to put the garbage because there was no housekeeping during my 3 nights stay. I had to bring the garbage bin to the front desk to request emptying. Common area had no air conditioning. It was 36 degree and was hot to stay there for breakfast.
