Excelente hotel, pero con mejoras

Las camas y almohadas estaban muy cómodas por lo que descansé placenteramente. Además, la alfombra de la habitación se sentía muy limpia por lo que me sentí aún más comodo. El baño era muy amplio por lo que era cómodo y contaba tanto con ducha como con tina.

La habitación no estaba lista cuando llegamos y en la habitación las amenities como agua pura, toalla, bata y demás habían solo para dos personas y nosotros éramos 3 por lo que se sintió como que no fue personalizado para nosotros. Además, las paredes son muy delgadas por lo que se escuchaba un poco el ruido de los demás cuartos.

El lobby es lindo y la ubicación

Extremadamente caro considerando que la tarifa no incluía desayuno, la piscina está en mantenimiento, la tina no funcionaba, el TV no era Smart, ni tenía Netflix, la botella de agua es una y pequeña.

Really nice property restaurant staff were amazing. Breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic. Loved the spa that’s always a nice addition.

Front desk employee, one in particular.. seems to never follow up with things he said he would. Or book things he said he did.

The comfort of the beds, the pool is heated, good Wi-Fi connection, rich breakfasts (although important exclusions of adult treatments for children in the rate are not made clear in the reservations), the central location.

The reservation I made was for two adults and two children (9 and 12) and it specified that breakfasts were included (it did not specify any exclusion). At breakfast, they told us that the children would pay half the breakfast rate (first day) and then that the 12-year-old girl would have to pay breakfast as an adult and the child would have to pay half the rate (second day). Why does it say "breakfast included" in the reservation without further clarification?

Perfect stay for business and leisure.

The breakfast was outstanding: tremendous variety and delicious food. The hotel location in zone 10 is perfect for business.

The hotel cafe, St Honore, remains closed following the pandemic. This should be opened now. It’s a relaxing feature.

the perfect location and service

the property is in a really good location. the rooms are spacious and both restaurants are delicious. Alejandro was very helpful with my accommodation and had a very welcoming attitude. the service was exceptional in both restaurants throughout my entire stay. I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well.

The front desk staff was amazing when we walked in, and they were very welcoming. The restaurant staff as well. Very kind and professional. The location is very central. The food is great! Fitness facility was great.

The pictures aren’t as they seem the rooms weren’t as clean, there were stains all over the walls. The beds were very small. One of the smaller pools seem dirty.

It’s a good hotel

Location, the breakfast and the staff

They don’t have a bar at the pool, so we didn’t enjoy it. We really missed it. Never seen a hotel without a bar at the pool. They asked us to choose between a room with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed, so we chose with 2 beds, they were full bed, not queen bed, what was kind of uncomfortable.

Nice location. Excellent breakfast and Sunday brunch buffet. Outdoor Pool was heated which was nice because it was a bit chilly outside.

We specifically reserved a suite with a jacuzzi and 2 bathrooms but when we checked in we were given a room without a jacuzzi and only one bathroom. The receptionist said that the 1 suite they had with a jacuzzi was already occupied. They shouldn’t offer those rooms as available if they aren’t actually available or change the way they are presented as with or without jacuzzi.
