very friendly staff

Due to very low occupancy the breakfast buffet was very limited. Strong smell due to painting works. A/C control was poor, strong cold wind directly to bed or switch off completely

The breakfast was amazing! there was a good lunch deal as well. The hotel was very pretty and the staff were super nice. Although it seemed like a busy hotel, but at the pool was quiet enough, its very peaceful. I was truly relax

I will definitely go back...again!

This was my second time here, which means I loved it! The pool is lap swimming length, the beach right there, lovely sea breeze meant it never felt too hot, amazing sunrises, wonderful breakfast buffet, lovely staff, and big comfy rooms and beds. It is a bit far from the town, but it's cheap to grab a 5-minute tuk tuk ride.

The room smelt a bit damp, but no big deal.

great location straight onto the beach, staff where so helpful and lovely, great products in the room

because of the dark colour scheme sometimes it was difficult to see in the shower and bathroom

-The design of the hotel so unique. -amazing breakfast! -wonderful beach and bar. -good stuffs such as Ying in the reception and Game in the kitchen room.

Breakfast. Close to shopping mall. Clean.

The smell of sewage in the hallways. The rooms have a lot of design items. They are beautiful but take up a lot of space in the room. Little lighting combined with wall colors...too dark.

Exceptional

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Khun Tai who works in the lobby when we checked in was so nice to help us to manage the booking. We booked the hotel very last minute, we were at the hotel already and try to book the rooms through a travel agency. When we got an offer we paid at the lobby and only 1-2 mins after we paid, we found that we have got better rates from booking.com So, I asked Khun Tai if it was possible if I want to cancel the payment that my husband just paid with his card. Khun Tai was very helpful and allow us to do so. I have had a similar experience like this with the other hotel but not even one hotel is willing to let us cancel the booking and rebook again. Thank you so much to Khun Tai what honest with us. We will come back soon.

Overall good experience

Nice breakfast with a lot of options and very convenient access to the beach.

The room layout was awkward and TV had no English channels or smart TV functionality. The pool was also somewhat small

absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful room and amazing large Balcony- we even had sea view (it was not i. the description) all the personal was amazingly friendly. the breakfast buffet was mind blowing. the best we have had!

Hotel setting on beach was good. Pool area was nice.

Lack of space / Sun loungers around pool. Service very slow. Pool bar closed 22.00. Didn't see/find another bar or restaurant. Our Pool Spa room was meant to have seperate bath tub, but didn't have a bath. Previous guests had discarded cigarette buts around the spa pool. So obviously cleaning issues. Toilet door didn't close, hinges faulty. Lighting in washroom, Toilet, wardrobe area's very dull.

Can't imagine more convenient location - beachfront, and close to a plenty of restaurants in vicinity, and the biggest shopping centre in the town as well This stylish hotel provides a great variety of dishes for breakfast - Asian or Western - at your choice. I liked the shower in the room and a jacuzzi on the spacious balcony )

A little bit far from the midtown. Because of the Moroccan environment, the rooms are a little bit too dark. Need more light specially at the bathroom

Rooms are nicely furnished, however you wonder why Moroccan style in Hua Hin, does not really fit, SPA was reasonable.

Disappointing Hotel, description is not very clear. I got a room with view on the pool, however nobody told me that the view on the fantastic pool is all you get, as the nice pool belongs to the residence and you are not allowed to use it, the Hotel pool itself is small and disappointing. By posting wrong pictures, Hotels create expectations and wonder why customers will react disappointed and will not give a good score, not a long-term sustainable strategy, I will definitely not come back again!

Amazing hotel, fantastic staff.

What a fantastic hotel. Great room, friendly staff, and right on the beach, what more could you want! Oh and lets not forget the great breakfast, and pool. A special mention for one particular staff member - Game. He looked after us so well, and even phoned a vineyard we wanted to visit to check they were open. The hotel are lucky to have such a fantastic member of staff.

The room aesthetic was beautiful. Had an outdoor jacuzzi too. Enjoyed their complimentary Moroccan tea.

Need to walk out about 100m from lobby to main road. Rooms were overlooking trees.
