Nice place to stay in Gothenburg

The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with a comfy bed and many pillows. Everything inside looked good-quality and well cared for. The bathroom was functional and I loved they provided good showering products.

The breakfast was a bit chaotic, too many people, it was hard to get a table and the food in the buffet was more for quantities than quality.

Skøn og dejlig weekend med familien og kæreste - vi kommer snart igen

Lækkert hotel med flotte værelser - god morgenmad- skønne restauranter. Poolen på toppen er rigtig dejlig. Vi har været på hotellet flere gange og kommer igen

Fantastisk beliggenhet, god comfort, perfekt hotel for en helg i Gøteborg!

Beliggenheten var helt perfekt! Bra rom med god plass. Veldig god frokost. Basseng på taket!

Lange ganger, måtte gå mye for å komme til heis osv.

Centralt bra läge.

Frukostbuffén var för stor och alldeles för mycket mat framme. Ostskivor som hängde ihop vilket ger mycket svinn.

Customer service was beyond great!

There was one staff member in particular who was phenomenal. He was a receptionist at the hotel from Florida in the USA. His professionalism and kindness is the only reason I haven’t rated the hotel down.

The shower was freezing! I had to shower with cold water as the water would not increase in temperature.

När jag berättar om mina två dagar i Göteborg och mitt boende på hotellet säger jag alltid: toppen.

Jag gillade allt. Läget (mitt i city, bara några steg från Göteborgs central), rummet, frukosten, baren, restaurangen, personalen.

Very comfortable bed and good products from Rituals.

A lot of noise from the room above and the bathtub leaked water so after 10 min you had to refill it.

Great location and comfortable hotel

Super location is right next to a huge mall and a short distance away from the main shopping street and food market. comfortable rooms with air conditioning and friendly staff made this a lovely stay. Great breakfast selection. Train station was a hundred meters away.

Totally was great hotel that I stayed on my birthday still want to come back again.

Great location,clean room, nice evening bar

I did not know the pool is not including! Early morning ask att the reception how it’s work?the staff said have to book and pay extra. that’s fine I went back after breakfast like 40min it was full ! 40 minutes ago staff should’ve offers I should book directly because it can be full and you have 2hrs ., Feelling not get helpful not good information 🫤

We loved it!

Just absolutely great in all aspects- locationn, room, cleanliness, products, restaurants, vibes, pool, gym, spa, breakfast!

the additional cost for pool access is rather a poor surprise, esp with all the other great services provided.

Overall passable but would not stay there again for the money.

Good location, good breakfast.

staff bit dry, not really helpful, room was smaller than the one i reserved, wasn’t clean. Smell from the pipes was unbearable. Lobby too dark. Also I suspect they mixed Rituals toiletries with water - didn’t smell as they should and had totally different texture to the original.

Great experience !

Great variety of food for breakfast ! The personnel was really kind and helpful ! The site is located in an area close to the center of the city : really convenient for tourists !

Good, solid option with a great location

Good breakfast with plenty of warm and cold options and a very good location right next to Gothenburg central station so it's easy to get around from there. The rooms are also quite comfortable and clean
