Het was een super fijn hotel en had een goede aansluiting op het OV.

De douche!

Dat de kamervrouw of heer onze handdoeken heeft verplaatst, deze waren al gebruikt en we hadden ze niet op de grond gelegd om mee te laten nemen. Ik vond dat geen fijn idee.

Le petit déjeuner compris, la chambre spacieuse et l’emplacement de l’hôtel.

Le fait qu’il change régulièrement les serviettes et peignoir alors que, comme le veux le code, rien n’était au sol. Pas très écolo.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Informationsmängel bezüglich dem Hotel.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war üppig. Hotel in zentrumsnaher ruhiger Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Sehr wenig Informationsmaterial auf den Zimmern. Zimmerfenster lassen sich nur kippen. Keine Balkone. Um 22:00 Uhr mussten wir die Dachterrasse verlassen. Zwei Hotelmitarbeiter, welche die Terrasse für eine Kaffee und Raucherpause nutzten, hatten uns darauf hingewiesen.

Sehr gute Lage,direkt am Velodrom. Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet mit Getränke und Kaffee usw. Sauber und ordentlich. Ruhige Lage. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig.

Insgesamt ein tolles Haus mit wirklich schönen, sauberen Zimmern und einem absolut fabelhaften Frühstück. Wow! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Nur der Lüfter im Bad ging nicht. Die Lage war bestens gleich gegenüber vom Tempodrom. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Optimierungsvorschlag: die Ananasstücken beim Frühstück waren einfach nicht mundgerechte. Kleinere Stücke wären optimaler zum Essen.

Übernachtung ohne Frühstück wäre ok gewesen.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Tee und Kaffee stand auf dem Zimmer zur freien Verfügung. Handtücher und Bademantel waren sauber und weich.

Leider waren unsere Pflegeprodukte nicht aufgefüllt worden, wir haben Bescheid gegeben und mussten uns dann selber abmühen die Wechselflaschen in die Vorrichtungen zu bekommen, no go! Das Frühstück ist nur was für deftige Fleischesser! Käse von geringer Qualität und das Personal war jedes mal genervt wenn ich einen Kaffe mit Hafermilch haben wollte. Unfreundlich.

für uns war die Lage direkt neben dem Tempodrom und in der Nähe des Potsdamer Platzes optimal, das Zimmer war großzügig und sehr ruhig, sehr zuvorkommend ist das Personal - wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder

leider gibt es keinen Parkplatz zum Hotel, aber wir haben in unmittelbarer Nähe einen gefunden, ansonsten soll es sehr nah ein Parkhaus geben

A visit to Berlin in a comfortable hotel

We were allocated an upgrade, thank you for that. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the use of large body wash and lotion containers.

A coffee machine in the room would be better than old fashioned instant coffee and kettle. Or a coffee machine in the lobby, with plant based milk. We didn’t purchase breakfast as we were told by reception, the only Vegan options were bread. Pretty disappointing for Berlin. The bathroom in room 176 needs a deep clean.

Alles in allem, ich würde es wieder buchen.

Es war alles perfekt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr schmackhaft und ausreichend. Schnelle Anbindung zur Bahn.

Checkin and staff were great

Initially cleanliness of the room was questionable, some food crumbs were left on the couch from the previous guest. Later I believe this was cleaned. The vegetarian/vegan options in the breakfast was available but quite limited. Staying there for 2 days would be OK, but 5 days with the same breakfast options was not that good for us (especially for the price they are charging for it!).
