Excellent stay

Nice hotel in the heart of the city, near to everything. Old building but very clean , calm and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and service. We had a dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious

Exceptional

Location was perfect. Double glazed windows meant it was very quiet despite being surrounded by restaurants. Room was spacious with everything one could need.

Hotel with excellent location and great staff

Our stay at Graben Hotel was really fantastic. The hotel has the charm of old Vienna and its location is absolutely ideal for enjoying the city. However, what we appreciated the most at this hotel was the staff. At the reception, the cleaners as well as the restaurant staff during breakfast, everyone was just amazing.

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Vienna and the staff were friendly.

Our room was always smelling of drainage.... as there was no extractor in the bathroom. Thursday night was very noisy until 4am from people partying in the street outside the hotel!

Additional extra costs, we paid 50 eur for a 11 year old child , though on booking was 25 eur. parking is near, for a lower cost than the one offered by the hotel which is far, and costs 32 eur

Nice hotel with a great location

Great location, good breakfast, the place is very clean.

The place could use some renovation. The room was quite small. The staff in general was kind but there was some lady at the reception working really slow. I also bought a cake that was supposed to be provided in a wooden box, but the box was not available. And they charged the same amount - not fair.

Good central hotel, but not particularly comfortable.

Location is great, very central. Was quiet in the room no disturbance. Good pressured shower with plenty of hot water.

Check in process took forever, Dirty glass in our mini bar, so clearly it hadn't been checked Bed had thin mattress and pillows very poor, maybe 2-3 feathers in them!

It was a good experience for our stay in Vienna. The hotel has a good location, just several minutes on foot to reach main sightseeing destinations. The staff of the hotel was really nice and polite. The hotel has a reasonable suggestion for parking your car. I liked the room, it was cozy, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Coffee was suggested for extra money in the room. Old furniture is a part of design and the whole concept of the hotel. The history of this place goes back to the beginning of the XX century.
