Nada del otro mundo solo la ubicación.

La ubicación excelente y la zona dónde está, estaba muy limpio todo, hay jabón para limpiar los platos, bolsas para la basura, también había pastillas para el lavaplatos, cápsulas de café, azúcar, sal, aceite y vinagre, había también jabón para la lavadora y papel de W.C para toda la estáncia. Las almohadas muy cómodas, y los colchones muy buenos, no pasemos frio, había calefacción bien. La seguridad en las puertas con códigos.

Cada 5 minutos pasa el metro cerca por debajo y se nota el meneo, nosotros pudimos dormir bien, pero si uno és un poco delicado de sueño lo puede pasar mal. El apartamento es interior da un patio y no hay vistas, la vista que trendreis és sólo una pared de enfrente a 6 metros. Faltaría algo más de menaje por ejemplo una olla un poco mas grande pues los cazos que hay son justos. Y el inodoro está al lado de la entrada justo a la otra punta dónde están las habitaciones, el inodoro está el inodoro solo y nada mas, lo que és la taza del wc en un cuartito pequeño y justo, supongo que es porqué antiguamente estaba así, eso si después hay dos baños con ducha y pica de manos, anchos y cómodos pero sin wc.

Apartamento fantástico y muy céntrico!

Alquilamos un apartamento de 3 habitaciones para toda la familia. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y había un baño con ducha y lavabo en cada habitación. Además había 2 baños con inodoro comunes. Disponía de lavadora-secadora, plancha, aspiradora, etc. Está en el centro de Paris, se puede ir andando fácilmente a todos lo monumentos, y zonas más turísticas. Tiene un parking a 5 minutos andando, y el personal del parking es super amable.

Pasa el tren/metro bajo el edificio y hace algo de ruido y hace vibrar las ventanas. A nosotros no nos molestó lo más mínimo, pero para alguien que tenga dificultades para dormir, puede ser molesto. La lavadora-secadora lava bien, pero seca fatal.

Weekend break in central Paris

The apartment is in a central location with excellent metro connections to all areas of Paris. The key codes were clear and worked well. The apartment is roomy, comfortable and clean. The bathroom and kitchen are bright and modern. We had everything we needed for our stay.

We appreciated being on the ground floor and my wife (who is disabled and uses a rollator) was able to manage the few steps. However, it would not be easy for a wheelchair user.

Lovely location and cute apartment but a bit noisy with the metro.

The apartment was immaculate. The furnishings were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were brand new and very clean. The location on Rue Royale was fantastic. The hosts were great. Access was very easy with touch code locks.

It is a ground floor unit. You have to bring noise cancelling headphones or buds with you as the metro runs every 25 min until 1:25 am and shakes the apartment and is noisy. The other thing that's ok but a bit annoying is the toilet has it's own room with a door and the shower and sink are in another adjoining room with a door. It's not a big thing but be aware.

super convenient and comfortable stay

it was super close to metro and transportation and all the sites and shops the bed were nice and firm. there was a full kitchen and a washer which is super convenient for the trip.

the closeness to the metro result in some noise due to trains at night.

Very good

Location was perfect! Convenient to everything including attractions, restaurants and metro. Market was just around the corner. It had a lift to help with luggage. You could feel the rumble of the Metro but it was so slight it wasn't a bother. Great Heating and air options.

Only 1 toilet. It had two bathrooms but only one toilet. We just got a little closer on this trip than expected. You could feel the rumble of the Metro but it was so slight it wasn't a bother. It was almost calming.

Very good

The apartment had everything you needed, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was perfect

Just for future reference, I think this building rents multiple units of different varieties. Difficult to know which ro

Managers get high marks for helping with a reschedule and partial refund. Official business changed an appointment date beyond our control. So big thank you for the flexibility. Property was clean, comfortable bed.

Everything was fine. Had trouble getting email instructions for keypad entries but phone call system worked well.

don't think you save money. go to a hotel.

it was on ground floor, with a "view" to a wall. no heating at all. froze during the night. the luggage keeping companies are a joke.. waited one hour in front of a closed store.

The location was wonderful, private and it had a nice kitchen.

Nothing not to like. Wish it had more room service like fresh towels, but it honestly wasn’t a huge issue.

This place deserves all the best praise

We are all delighted. Perfect for 6 people - separate bedrooms, comfortable beds, each bedroom has its own shower room. There are two toilets in the room. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare a meal, including an oven with microwave function, a washing machine and iron. Our apartment was in the very centre of the city and overlooking the Concorde square each evening. We had a wonderful view of the beautiful Parisian nightlife, the Eiffel Tower, and the Arc de Triomphe.

One of the showers was leaking a little bit. We put a towel next to it and it didn't bother us any more. Everything else was perfect.
