The towels were clean

From the advertised photos it looks like a glamorous motel but it is very ordinary. Very plain with little comforts. I would not stay here again. It needs a major upgrade. I was thankful it was for only one night. Loud hoons outside the windows at midnight yelling & bright lights with thin curtains didn’t give much sleep to us at all.

It was a nice place would stay there again but the kitchen was the biggest let down

The room was nice and felt very welcoming

The room service didn’t take out our bin, the ants came like crazy and was a little disappointed with the kitchen cutlery and kitchen area in general. I wish there was more to it such as a stove top, a sink and some draws for cutlery

Our trip was a 14hr drive and to come to a room to rest in the aircon was satisfying and relieving.

Liked the comfortable beds, cleanliness was excellent and location was ideal for us.

For that price at least a microwave! I've stayed in cheaper motels and a microwave has been supplied.

Best place to Mossman Gorge and Daintree Rain forest.

Situated in the middle of the city. Every room has a car park.

No microwave in our room. However common kitchen has got a microwave .

Clean, basic motel room; beds were comfortable.

Cramped for 3 people (though would have been ok for 2); no microwave; no plates and only cutlery was one teaspoon.

Bed was comfortable,room was clean. It was nice to cool off in the pool.

There were ants in the bathroom and the room wasn’t serviced on the second day and we had to ask for new towels and more coffee which we willingly given.

The hosts were amazing!! They offered us the BBQ facilities to have a night in with our kids by the pool and it was just what the family needed so thanks!

Good for a short stay close to places we wanted to visit.

Good location for sightseeing

Bathrooms very dated and some tiles were cracked . Woukd be a great idea to have an outdoor table and chairs in the little private garden area at the pool instead of sitting in a car park .

Great Location For the Mossman Gorge

Great location in the centre of town and just off the highway. However the Motel is quiet. Has a restaurant at the front but was closed when we were there. Pool looks OK but didn't use it. Owners were friendly and gave me a call in advance to arrange contactless check-in. I would recommend this motel to anyone stopping off in Mossman and going to the gorge.

location

the person in the neighbouring unit who smoked outside our door and filled our room with putrid cigarette smoke all night and left the outside door to ours and hers units covered in ash. (maybe install MUCH bigger no smoking signs next to ALL the unit doors)
