Location

This should not be 4 start at all. Heating did not work.windows are broken . Basically not maintained and charging for 4 star is not fair for customer. It is designed like basis bed and breakfast.

I am as most impressed with the hotel and off course the location is so handy!

Warm welcome by the young lady. She was so helpful and friendly. I am sorry I cannot remember her name but she went an extra mile to accommodate me. My personal thanks to her for all her help! Just superb.She was most informed and dealt with my issues immediately.

Everything was great! I cannot fault anything.

Check-in and staff were fine. Shower room was fine.

Clean facilities, helpful and friendly reception staff. Good overnight Heathrow Airport stay.

Friendly, helpful and motivated staff at reception. Good wifi, comfortable bed, liked the kettle and coffee/tea amenities and shampoos/body wash bottles. Nice shower.

The bed was too large for the room and I could hardly move around it to get to the kettle & couldn't use the hangers (the only "closet"). About a 9-10" gap around the bed--many people might not have been able to fit. Had I been there more than one night I would have needed to request another room. If I stayed again, I would need to discuss the room size ahead of time to be sure I could function in the room. I'm an average-sized woman, so I'd imagine the room wouldn't have worked for a majority of people. Solution--Make this a murphy bed that folds down from the wall?

Nice friendly hotel in a perfect location

friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, very comfortable bed, though my husband would of liked another pillow but I am sure they would have given him one if he had asked, enjoyed the breakfast and my husband had his Gluten Free choices, loved sitting outside in the evening, close to Hounslow Central tube station for travelling into the centre of London, secure parking facility.

There was no chair/seat in the room for my husband

Stunning decor in the rooms and perfectly clean. The host is very polite and nothing is an issue. Lovely hidden gem with a bar downstairs to relax Highly recommended 👌

A good stay overall with easy access to Hunslow Central station

The room was ok, with a large bed. Well sound proofed.

The parking was offered extra charge on a nearby street. The breakfast was 14,5 GBP/person.

Good location, friendly staff. Good value for money, close to Tube station. Clean, modern facilities.

Nothing really, parked elsewhere but not an issue. Space for one car one front.

Staff were very friendly, accommodating. Room was clean and good size. Bathroom was a good size. Location was great for getting Central.

Could not adjust temperature in the shower so it was too hot and the pressure wasn't great.

really bad experience, so not much

the parking is a small driveway at the front, only just fitting my Astra onto it. the receptionist “helped” me reverse onto it not to not see the marble statue (low down) which then damaged by bumper. oh and then get charged for the privilege to park there. when trying to shut the gates I caught my hand and cut it, only to find their first aid kit wasn’t even fit for purpose (when they finally found it). I had to ask for a towel (apparently they hadn’t been picked up from the laundrette yet - at 5pm…). One of the blinds in the bedroom you couldn’t make opaque, which was fun when trying to have a shower. Pillows were extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. Stifling hot in the room but unable to keep window open as right above smoking area. Wanted to raise complaint but nobody available and then nobody there on check out, despite ringing the bell several times.

Room was very clean and comfortable, bed was firm and very good. breakfast was plentiful and tasty

A bit more storage space would be a benefit, but it did not affect our stay adversely

Good location but room far too small

We had a twin room on the top floor. The bathroom and beds were good. It is close to Hounslow Central tube station. It is also close to Hounslow town centre which has a good selection of shops, pubs, restaurants, etc. So it is a great location for the night before an early flight from Heathrow.

The room was far too small for twin beds. We ended up having to push the beds together to leave enough room to open the bathroom door far enough to get in. The was also a problem with the room key, so the reception staff had to come up to the room to let us in each time we went out. There is no lift.

Done what we needed it to.

The staff were friendly

The TV didn't work but we didn't ask for it to be looked at as we needed to get to sleep. The bathroom ceiling was mouldy and the extractor fan didn't do what it needed to do. The parking was odd as it was in someone's drive and we got blocked in. Gary did get get this sorted quickly though.

Good location to Heathrow Airport / HOUNSLOW CENTRAL Station with decent accommodation and support

The staff received me well and provided a room for me to check-into before the official check-in time. Rooms are very clean, functional and all necessary provision was in place! They were always available to provide assistance and information. I surprisingly got support at 5am to assist me with my excess luggage to the Tube station enroute to Heathrow Airport for my flight.

Dissapointed

The location

We've stayed there for 4 nights and it was horrible. Here are a few things: - No reception, most of the time there was NO ONE availaible to ask for help/check in/check out. - On the 31th of december there was a big fight in the pub/bar downstairs which made us very scared to stay in the hotel, which is unacceptable in our opinion. - We also had NO cleaning service/housekeeping for the whole 5 days of our stay, which is unbelieveable in our opinion.
