Way better than expected

Very friendly and discrete hosts that assist with anything that is needed. Excellent location, close enough to everything but far away just enough to avoid the busy center. Really good breakfast (swedish buffet) which includes lots of local products. Great silent beds with firm mattresses. Ridiculously hot heating, we had to keep it on the lowest level to not fry :D The walls are thin-ish, but they have a policy of not filling up the whole accommodation, so noise wasn't a problem for us. The bridge from the main road is such a novel touch.

This place is located in a pitoresque area, with great view from the room balcony (we have stayed during the most beautiful month of the fall-October and waking up to that colourful view was absolutely amazing). It is very cozy and quiet, perfect when you want to run from all the hustle and bustle of the city. The hosts are very friendly and nice,doing anything to make their guests feel comfortable.

relaxing atmosphere by the stream

very cosy room, friendly and helpful owner, highly recommend the breakfast, it was delicious! However be aware that only 1-2 restaurants are open off-season within 20km range.

The location of the cabin was great, surrounded by nature (fir trees everywhere, even a small river in front of the house), which helped us really feel we were in a mountain area. The rooms were very nice and clean, with all the necessary features - and the beds very comfortable, especially after a day of hiking and visiting the surrounding areas. The common area was also very nice for playing games and planning the next day with the family. The hosts are very friendly, they were helpful throughout our stay and did their best to ensure we have a nice experience; and their care for the environment & eco-friendly setup for the cabin made the stay even better. It's also very easy to go by car to any points of interest in the area & the cabin is in 5min walking distance from a nice restaurant we went to for dinner most days (Vraja Muntelui).

Superb rustic style chalet with great service. Pictures from the listing are accurate. The place was very clean, hosts made us feel welcomed and were helpful providing us information about the attractions of the area. They serve an amazing traditional breakfast. One of the best features of this location is it's courtyard. We will definitely return.

A nice place in Arieseni

The view was wonderful. The outdoor area was nice. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they provided free coffee, tea and toasted bread (we didn't have the breakfast included). The bed was comfortable.

Beautiful and quiet place, almost perfect! Love it

Almost everything: the owners were very kind, location, quiet, peacefully, etc. Chalet into the nature, nice view and river sounds. Friendly dogs Modern and nice bathroom Eco-friendly Etc... We will go back there for sure if we will have the occasion

To find something, maybe the walls between the room are not sound proof and you can hear the neighbour snoring. Nothing else

Take a week to relax

The atmosphere was great. Emil and Silvia were very nice host trying everything to keep our confort. Nature was all around us. Very good place to keep visiting some nice places around. Was like an oasis for a traveller.

Nice well located chalet in Apuseni

+ The location is very very nice. Close to restaurants and attractions. (Close to Scarisoara, Vartop) - 10 + The view is really splendid. -10 + The breakfast was good and enough(is not included by default but you can order jt at the host) - 10 + Good for couples if you need to move fast to the objectives. + The host is a very nice people. Helping with advices about travel itineraries. (10+) The Covid rules are respected so and so.

As always I’m trying to reflect an objective review so that the host can improve where there is room for improvement. - The bathroom had a bad smell coming from the drain and overall is quite a mess. The closet was moving. At least for the room we got some improvements will be needed. (Bathroom - 5) - We heard every night the sound of a mouse under the floor. The host confirmed there are a few. I wouldn’t consider it acceptable but in the end you are in the middle of the nature. - Bed not so comfy but manageable. (8)
