Fabulous accommodation near Naousa, really well run.

High quality accommodation, well managed, lovely pool. Friends stayed in another villa and we were brilliantly looked after by Kyriakos the owner. It is a 20 mins walk to central Naoussa which we were fine with, some say the road is busy but you can easily walk on the sides. A €15 taxi is an option, we also hired cars for €50/day to get around the island and Anti-Paros too (a must). Brilliant advice on restaurants and places to visit. Lovely winery (Moraitis) worth visiting too.

Nothing really, it was nice actually being away from the buzz of central Naousa

Relaxing stay in Naousa

Great views of the vineyard and countryside. Pool was fantastic for the kids, specially toward the end of the day. The villa is well equipped and spacious. You can tell the owner (Kyriakos) spared no expense in keeping the villas up to date. Kyriakos is a wealth of knowledge providing specific details regarding sites and restaurants to visit in Paros. His suggestion to visit the mountain village of Lefkes was on point. Kyriakos was very responsive to our needs during our 3-night stay.

There is a bizarre 2-hour quiet time between 3-5pm due to a problematic neighbor. Kyriakos was upfront and transparent with us regarding the regulations and circumstances. Not a complaint, just something to factor in when using the pool in the afternoon.

Very good

The host was great and answered all of our questions and when I mentioned I couldn't find some things in the kitchen he brought them out for us. He also took us to the supermarket to pick up a few items. Very clean and the timing was great because it didn't interfere with our baby's naps. Pool was fantastic-good temperature and very relaxing. Allowed us a late check out which was very helpful with the timing of our ferry departure/baby nap schedule. Villa was very spacious. There is lots to do and see in Paros. We really had a wonderful time here and June was definitely a good time to visit (great weather and before the busy tourist season).

The location is not in central Naoussa (25 min walk), so you will need to rent a car/ATV to explore the island and there really is so much to do and see in Paros (taxis are not cheap). The beds could have been more comfortable-the mattress was a little stiff and the pillows were a little low/not enough cushion (personal preference).

Lovely quiet villa with shared pool overlooking vineyards and just outside Naoussa.

Beautiful villa with shared pool 20 minutes walk from the lovely village of Naoussa. The property was clean, well equipped and had nice views over the owner’s vineyard and sea in the distance. The pool was nice to relax by and had plenty if sun beds and umbrellas. Inside we enjoyed the kitchen and cooked a few meals, eating outside on the spacious patio. The airconditioning was good and even reached the double bedroom without it’s own unit. There were six of us sharing and the area was spacious and really nicely layed out with two bathrooms. The owner Kyriakos lives on site and often stopped to have a friendly chat. He had some great food recommendations and pointed us towards good beaches and places to visit.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was as we hoped for. We enjoyed the use of a hire car for a few days, so we could explore a bit further afield.

Quiet relaxing stay.

Quiet beautiful spot, with a nice pool and kind host. The villas were very spacious.

If you want to be in the action of town than I would recommend it. Although it is only a 6minute car ride to town or 20 minute walk.

Exceptional

Beautiful villas, very clean and spacious with great facilities. The pool was fabulous and it was in a quiet location a short drive from town. Kyriakos was lovely and very helpful with recommending places to go / eat. Would definitely recommend staying here! We hope to be back again one day

Super place to stay and a great host who was so welcoming.

Spacious and clean villa with everything you need for a family stay. The villa was cleaned everyday and the owner left a lovely welcome basket and water in the fridge for our arrival. It’s our 3rd trip to Naoussa and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The pool was a winner for the kids and great for an end of day dip after the beach. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay again.

it is beautiful spacious and just the place we needed after sharing small hotel rooms

it is about a 10 min walk to town but actually loved how quiet it was so a trade off we were happy with - and has its own wine / vineyard

Relaxing

The host is excellent. Really friendly and helpful. The facilities are great. The villas are on a small vineyard, so it's peaceful and quiet. Nice pool to relax during the day. It's a 1km walk to the main town, but it's a nice scenic walk along the water. Definitely recommend

Comfortable and Relaxing

The host was very friendly and also very helpful. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the quieter pace of Paros. Great location with transport as it is a quick drive into the town of Naoussa. Would recommend it when travelling as a family (especially with children).

High quality accommodation with nice pool area and extremely friendly and helpful owner.

We were a family of 5 in a nice villa with 3 bedrooms and plenty of space. Everything was well maintained and clean. The pool area is well kept and with plenty of sunbeds of high quality. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, and he also produce a decent white wine which he generously offered. The place is quiet and more laid-back than other places we stayed and definitely recommendable - both for families with smaller children or in our case with 3 teenagers.

A car or other means of transportation is recommended to get around, especially if you have smaller children.

Little paradise

Everything was fantastic! Excellent host, beautiful pool surrounded by plants, flowers. Stylish and well equipped villa. Clean and comfortable. Only a few minutes drive from the centre of Naoussa.
