Hospedagem agradável e bela localização

É ampla , confortável e c vista p o verde e o oceano atlântico. Os funcionários são muito educados e gentis , sempre disponíveis para auxiliar o hóspede .Disponibilidade de água e toalhas p uso durante os passeios externos . Jardim lindo e bem cuidado .

O quarto , apesar da localização de praia do hotel, faz uso de carpete. Os corredores são escuros e o uso da sauna requer pagamento, já que está dentro do SPA. Os dois restaurantes no mês de setembro estavam fechados , sendo disponível apenas o bar e o restaurante self service para as refeições . Não há serviço de praia ofertado pelo hotel , na praia em q está localizado .

Le calme de cet hôtel en ce mois de septembre.Le personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable nous avons fait plusieurs hôtels en algarve pendant notre périple .Celui ci reste notre préféré

Le sèche cheveux lourd et l on doit rester le doigt appuyé pour qu il fonctionne c est le même hélas dans tous les epic sana mais est ce si grave c est juste un détail

The location is perfect and staff are very friendly and attentive. The entire hotel was very clean and well looked after. Attention to detail is wonderful, including a surprise room service with champagne for my partner’s birthday.

We were slightly aggrieved to pay €5.50 for water at dinner (half board) when water, fruit juices, champagne are all free with breakfast.

Would go back in a heartbeat!

Our four night stay at the Epic Sana Algarve was one of the highlights of our Portugal trip. First, we were greeted by an amazing gentlemen at the front desk - even if it was late. The bellboy brought us to our room where we felt we were royalty. The room is spacious with a balcony with a nice view from the 4th floor - even if we did not have a special view of the premises. It is also spotless clean with all that you need for an amazing stay. Breakfast was absolutely perfect with a lot of choices. Service during breakfast was also very courteous and on point. The hotel amenities are amazing! We used the outside pool during the day, the inside pool during the evening (and we were alone every single time). We can use as many towels as we want. We went to the beach that is - to our opinion - the most beautiful beach we saw in Algarve and very easy to get to with the hotel pathways. And talking about the pathways - it is very well maintained! Do not hesitate to do a walk around the hotel at night, under the trees. It is a romantic moment we will keep in our hearts for long.

a Great location - just a 10 minutes walk through a wonderful quite area to the beach. excellent service and great pools. great breakfast buffet. A lot of options for dinner outside of the hotel available.

A great place for a vacation in Paradise

The hotel is spectacular, located next to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Our junior suite was wonderful, spacious, clean, modern and comfortable with great bedding and an a very nice bathroom. The pools, the pool bar, the buffet breakfast, the restaurant (Lima) and the gardens were all superb. We didn't have time to play tennis unfortunately but they have a nice court. The staff were all very friendly and attentive and were fun to talk to.

Really liked pretty much everything! Nothing to complain about.

Beautiful location and great facilities. Staff goes the extra mile. Loved the valet parking; nice extra touch.

Please provide more daily water in glass bottles. The small plastic bottles don't match your five star resort and are less environment friendly..

Perfect vacation

Place is spotless. Location to the beach perfect. Short walk and arrive on a clean 6 km expanse of sandy beach. Very clean too. All the staff friendly, professional and accomodating. We were well looked after. Facilities are great. Indoor pool,gym massage etc. We will be back.

No town in walkable distance. Some the resort restaurants were closed due to low season

Had an ocean view bedroom- good sized room. Ocean is set a fair bit away from the hotel- but from the 4th floor, it was possible to see the ocean. Steam and Sauna were amazing, as were the two indoor pools. Staff were great , especially Riccardo and Anastasia

Went in Jan 2023- Only Uddo restaurant was open for the half board option in the evenings-other restaurants closed. Whilst the food.in Uddo was decent- the menu is not varied enough and after 2 nights can become samey samey. Good breakfast options.
