Beautifully designed, perfect location, it was our fourth stay, and we have enjoyed every one.
The weather. Sad that the restaurant is no longer open.
4.0
Nicely modern furnished, clean and good space for a double room.
My room was overseen a roundabout of the motorway. The location is great to move around but not to stay in the hotel enjoying the surroundings.
4.5
Lovely staff, parking and nice rooms
It is just outside the centre of epernay, but we used our bikes and or hotel gave us a taxi number which was very efficient
3.0
room was nice on itself
we booked a room with vineyard view, but only saw trees
1.5
Clean. Comfortable bed.
Restaurant closed, except for breakfast - this is charged extra, which isn’t clear in the info about the hotel. There are no staff on site in the evening or night. You’re on your own in you have a problem, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for mobility impaired, vulnerable or lone female travellers. Lights off everywhere, so not at all welcoming. No bar open, so no chance of sampling any champagne at the hotel. Room did have a vineyard view, but had a much better view of the roundabout and access road to the trading estate it’s situated on. The lack of people in the building gave it a stale air sort of smell. The hotel advertises itself as luxury, it isn’t, it has some pleasant furnishings, but there’s no luxury to be had here.

The Hotel was easy to find situated just outside Epernay. Plenty of Parking space available in landscaped gardens.
My only criticism would be the lack of a restaurant within the Hotel. A basic buffet breakfast was available.
2.5
We had stayed at the property 10 years ago when wine tasting and so knew its’ location which is great for access to Epernay, Hauvillers and other places in Champagne.
We were disappointed that the restaurant is only open for breakfast. I understand that Covid hit the hotel hard which is really hard. However it’s a shame that it could not be open even maybe to serve charcuterie or cheese boards, nothing fancy needed. The bar is only open from 4 - 7 pm which is also an opportunity missed. It it was open until 9 along with some simple dishes the restaurant area would be buzzing. We also felt that the breakfast offering was very limited for €17.
5.0
Professional and accommodating staff. New and very clean facilities and rooms. Good location.

The staff at the reception area were marvelous. We did not dine there, so I cannot speak of the restaurant itself nor their service.
Nothing

Location is nice and close to the centre. Room was clean and comfortable
We made it clear that we needed the charging station for the electric car we rented however on the day of our arrival received a message that the box was not working which was very annoying and disappointing. Also booked 2 rooms with Vineyard view which were more expensive but actually one of the rooms was mainly facing on the street and only a very limited angle on the Vineyard.
4.5
clean, modern, comfortable, good position

4.5
Extremely helpful staff, plus fresh items for breakfast!
Do to the bar's early closure, we could not have a nite cap when we returned to the hotel in the evening. Perhaps an ice machine with buckets would be an idea, so guests could cool our own bottles in the lobby, or maybe an Honesty system would work, since no staff available after 7PM.
4.0
Very clean and modern. Easy access to Epernay city centre (5 min drive), friendly staff with great knowledge of the region. Certain rooms have views on vineyard.
Lack of facilities (bar and restaurant in the evening during this time of year), Hotel felt isolated in the evening as no staff were on site.

clean and fresh, good service from reception.
small rooms

good breakfast
location, too far from city centre to f you don’t go by car
4.5
I used this hotel as a main base to explore the Champagne region. I booked for one night, but ended up staying 3 nights. Room was comfortable and large enough. Breakfast was quite good. Scenic views of the Dizzy and Epernay vineyards.
It might be noisy in summer time as it is close to road and you want to open the window.
4.5
New construction and clean
the ground floor rooms had noise from the pipes

Beautiful location, pretty good hotel. Very good service
Airco was defect.

Well positioned for our purposes. The room was clean and comfortable.
it had a rather institutional atmosphere. The quality of the coffee at breakfast could have been better. No wifi available.

we arrived at 7.00pm and the man who met us was so pleasant and welcoming when he should be going home. The location is quiet.
The coffee. it was thin and tasteless.

Modern design hotel with good facilities. In the heart of Champagne
No bars or restaurants within walking distance
4.5
The location of this hotel is on the outskirts of town and on one side has views across vineyards. Pretty contemporary garden outside the window of the restaurant. Reception staff super helpful for suggesting and booking restaurants or arranging taxis. Modern and clean rooms. Ample easy parking.
During the time of our stay there was no evening restaurant at the hotel - although it did impact our stay as we were happy to visit Epernay it may be an issue for some visitors.
3.5
Room clean and comfortable, on the small side but OK for short stays. Breakfast good and parking on site.
Nice views of local vineyards but need car to access facilities, restaurants, cafes, in nearest town.
4.5
Excellent location just out of town but still close enough.
5.0
convenient to the main road
