Modern clean apartment

Central to facilities. Lovely modern apartment, one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. Nice to have the free pool for the kids and adults.

Excellent

The place is great. Enjoyed every time we were here. Rooms were always very clean. Love the Spa facilities. Feel very safe. Lovely view from the rooms which we had. Lift is very handy where you have kids. Not far away from the town centre. Definitely will be back again.

One thing which was not so good this time was a sofa bed which we couldn’t work out how to transform into bed 😂 but we managed to sleep on it anyway

OK but depends which apartment you get

Location is pretty good. The apartment was clean (once they came to do it after check in) and there were dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs etc.

BEWARE these are lovely apartments but they are all owned and rented by different companies. My sister had a huge one bed two toilet apartment but no oven or dishwasher. We had two bed apartment, three balconies, no sofa area, no microwave but we had a cooker and dishwasher. My partner rented another apartment (ours was a bit cramped for five of us) and his was a huge two bed with lounge but worst kitchen of the three. So it really does depend on which one you get. We loved Zakopane though, food was amazing and the people were all really nice, friendly and helpful and punctual.

a lot further from slopes than advertised, pool is teeny tiny - definitely mid advertising.

The locality was good, the apartment was great and very spacious, comfortable. Beds are smaller but enough for 2 people. Kitchen is well-equipped and we also appreciated balconies. The best part about the apartment was the bathroom, which was very warm, clean and the shower was great.

I do not recommend ordering breakfast, it was only a delivery so you cannot choose what you want, the choices were limited. The swimming pool is also very small, but saunas were sufficient. But be prepared for overcrowded place.
