The hotel is closed to the city center, 5 min. walking. My room was pleasant, clean, calm. The personnel at the reception very kind and helpful.
The choice of food for breakfast could be better.
6.0
The garden, breakfast and hall.
Internet connection in rooms don't work properly but it work very well in the hall.
In some rooms the shower water is cold.

This hotel is for those willing to forgo some luxuries we usually expect in a hotel in order to have a decent price. That being said, I would stay here again. It's a relatively cheap price, with a pool, some breakfast, and not to far from the center of town.
Little things in the room weren't great. There is no fitted sheet on the bed and it's not large enough to tuck so it immodestly comes off and you end up sleeping straight on the mattress. The shower head was filthy (maybe even moldy?), never got hot and had poor pressure. Plus, the shower curtain isn't long enough so the entire bathroom gets wet. The towels are old and have large wholes in them. the wifi in the rooms doesn't work well. And the door is SO HARD to open/close. You have to use you entire body to open the door and slam it shut to close so you hear every time someone closes their door.

- cool pool that looks like a pond
- cool views from the room (city, church, palm trees, mountains
- friendly staff
- interesting decore
- lot’s of bugs in the room, was attacked by spiders, red and and mosquitoes while sleeping
- frosted windows in doors provide views into the room from the hall
- black mold on shower head
- room not turned over daily (first time I’ve seen that in a hotel)

Breakfast was quite complete, but some items run out fairly soon.
The wall design is a matter of taste. To some, walls look like riddled by bullets.
8.0
The pool.
Old-furnished rooms.

The staff is very helpful and available, complimentary drinks is very good news, specially in cold days.
It could use some renovations to make it more confortable, my shower was quite bad, old piece. The floors are tiles, in winter are really cold, no rugs to walk around the room, etc

The price was fine for the room
Weird receiptionist. He first denied access to the room to the tinder date of my friend, then asked her for her number and wanted to make fist-bombs with my friend.
He then told my friend that my friend would have to wait for me to let me in, because he couldn't guarantee to be at the receiption (so much for 24h receiption!?) and made him put a letter on the main door to call call him (my friend) when I'm back.
When I came home later that night fortunately our clown was at the receiption (since I had no phone on me), but he acted weird again and tried to force fist bombs on me and talked to me like he was an old friend ("your buddy only took home one girl, how many did you pick up? I hope at least three haha"). What a loser!
(Night shift 7.-8.3.2020)
Also, at checkin the lady charged 21% tax on my credit card which they are not supposed to if you are in the country as a tourist band paying with a foreign credit card. I had to claim it back proactively.
