Good apartment in an excellent location in the best town !

The apartment is located in the center of Peschiera del Garda and actually above a really good restaurant by the old harbor canal. The neighborhood is all really beautiful with nice buildings and with good restaurants nearby where you can pop out for a quick lunch or dinner. The apartment has access to really big shared balcony where you can bring out your breakfast to eat in the morning sun. the kitchen is well equipped, has new cabinets and the bedrooms and bathroom are good as well. By the harbor you can rent boats or go to the beach to soak up the sun.

The apartment is not really bright, it has few small windows. It is above the large balcony so you have to carry your beverages and food to the lower level to dine outside. the beach is a bit far away.

lovely central one bedroom apartment overlooking marina.

Right from the start our host, Marco (although we never met him personally), made us feel most welcome with excellent communication throughout lead-up and during our 3 night stay. We really appreciated being able to access the apartment some four hours before official check-in time; thank you. The one bedroom apartment was extremely clean and comfortable with a lovely outlook over the marina. Great location close to eateries in the middle of the old town and a short walk to ferry terminal. There is a communal washing machine available to clients. Well-deserved of previous Booking.com awards.

Limited bench space for preparing food in kitchenette. The sofa bed was uncomfortable when used as a seating area. Nearest larger supermarket requires a 20+ minute walk each way if you don't have a car.

Perfect location in Peschiera overlooking the water. All the amenities you need and a place to sit outside was a definate bonus. Friendly staff who were quick to respond with any queries!

The location is very nice. You can go everywhere on foot and connections are good. We were in apartment no.3 which was very spacious and endowed with everything. At night it is quiet and you can rest.

It gets a bit smelly during the night, but this is normal with this type of buildings.

Excellent apartment with beautiful views

Excellent, centrally located apartment in a beautiful area with great views. Very central for exploring the resort and with excellent restaurants on the ground floor. Loved the wonderful balcony on the first floor, which can be used by all apartments. Apartment was simply furnished but had everything we needed for a comfortable two night stay. Communication from Marco was excellent and we appreciated the valuable parking advice and easy access to the property.

We were very happy with the apartment and it met our needs.

A very pleasant stay at a great location

There was a lot of space to sit outside, the air-conditioning was a life-saver and the location is beautiful.

The foldout bed was a little on the hard side, but still comfortable enough to have a good night's sleep.

Perfect!

Superb location with one of the best views to wake up to. In the heart of the resort a short distance from everything. Air con was essential as there was a heatwave while we were there. The apartment was really well sound proofed too. We slept so peacefully even in it’s busy location. Marco was very responsive to all of our enquiries and the instructions on finding the apartment and accessing it were really clear too.

Great location and good find

The location is second to none, Marco was also very friendly and helpful. There was good facilities for self catering and the terrace is lovely.

The air conditioning unit not being in the bedroom and the bathroom being extremely warm.

Marco, the administrator was very nice and helpful. All details on how to access the apartment were sent 3 days before arrival, he contacted us and also provided maps and information on parking. We found in the room lots of information on surroundings, and recommendations for rainy/sunny days. The apartments have a wonderful view and they are in the city center, so we had lots of options for breakfast and dinner. In the room you find everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or dinner - including bread toaster, oven, microwave. Everything was very clean and in good condition. I recommend it, we went with small children and everything was perfect!
