If beach wasn't close I would not stay there.

Location is good, its close to the beach.

The WiFi connection is terrible; it's almost non-existent. If you need internet access, it's better to rely on your mobile data and use your phone as a modem. The hotel breakfast is okay, but the quality of the products is poor. All the restaurants and fast food places around the hotel serve terrible food, even though it's expensive. Be cautious about where you choose to eat. There is practically no ceiling lighting in the room, only night lamps.

Good but not brilliant

Staff very good Breakfast excellent

I was only there for a long weekend and was a solo traveler. It was 3 nights and whereas I did not expect the room to be cleaned and towels changed every day, it would have been nice once during my stay. As I was lone traveller and it was a double room, I was able to use the second set of towels

Superb

Excellent location, clean rooms and friendly staff

Kingsize bed was actually to single beds next to eachother :( The beds were moving really easily we ended up with a hole in the middle every night.

Strongly recommended place for your holiday

Great location close to the beach and the centre of the town. Big , nice rooms with very comfortable beds Good breakfast, very good restaurant downstairs. Very polite and helpful staff

Very nice place for stay during a holiday

We had booked a triple room, but were accommodated in an apartment, which was pretty large and comfortable. We even checked in earlier then the time set for that. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

The external unit of the air conditioner of the upper situated apartment was very noisy when working. I'd suggest mounting one more towel hanger in the bathroom and putting a table with chairs in the empty space next to the window in the living room.

Superb

The hotel is very near to the beach, restaurants, markets and fastfoods.

On our stay which was 7 nights, every single day there was a maintenance/repair noise and it wasnt very pleasant. However the hotel is good.

Definitely reccommend, comfortable stay, safe location, nice hotel restaurant

Brekfast was nice, rooms big, beds comfortable, personal positive, helpful. Good location, close to everywhere. Parking arranged directly at hotel.

Expected towels to be changed more than only once during one week stay.

WIFI does't work most of the time. The rooms are not equiped with bathroom amenities such as shampoo, soap, dental kits...etc.

Clean, spacious rooms, and rich breakfast.

Centrally located, close both to the beach (in one direction) and to the main walking street of Pomorie (in the other direction). Just near the hotel, there's also a bus station to/from Burgas airport. Mini and mega markets nearby. The hotel is clean and nice, well kept, with really big rooms. Relatively quiet in the night, no problems with sleeping. The included breakfast was also great, with good selection, fresh and tasty food. Their restaurant is also good, operating in the afternoon/evening. We've reached the hotel by bus from Burgas Airport when arriving, but we waited around 40mins for the bus. When leaving, we took a taxi (through booking.com).

The only negative is the lack of English knowledge of the entire staff. Both at the reception and in the restaurant. Really surprising how you could basically make no conversation with the reception. We couldn't even manage to book a taxi through them.

Very good

Room was very big and it had a balcony. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is also very close to the city center and beaches.

The staff couldn’t speak English but they were helpful.

we got a perfect vacation. The staff is friendly and responded swiftly on all our requests.

The breakfast was good, but only if you like to eat eggs and sausages every morning. There was not much choice for a people with different taste.

The room was a little dark. The lights werent enough to cover everything. Anyway, the hotel staff took care about that - changed the bulbs and provided additional lamp, but still it wasn't enough.

Disappointing

The location.

The staff wasn’t very informative and helpful. There was no soap or a hair dryer in the room. We had to ask about everything as no information was given to us regarding breakfast, our room, or anything else.

The location is good, very friendly ladies at the reception, spacious rooms.

Difficult to find a parking spot. Breakfast was poor.
