Terrific location. Priced well for the area. Bed was really comfortable and the size was good,
The bathroom needs a wastebasket and the shower curtain was pretty ineffective. I’d suggest an actual shower door. ASo the bathroom door was a barn door that would not stay shut. A hook and eye closure would solve that. The hook is there….no eye.

Most impersonal rental experience I’ve been a part of… I don’t even think locals own it, or they refuse communication and leave you to fend for yourself out in BFE.

Clean. Bed was comfortable.
Photos of property are misleading. The TINY house is on a lot in residential area. There is NO bathroom door-just a curtain. There is space for one person comfortably here. The cabin is difficult to locate. Not secluded or quiet area, vehicles driving by makes it difficult to sleep. VERY overpriced! Total was $566 for just two nights, including over $200 in “fees”. We didn’t use the kitchen at all. For the price we paid, a welcoming coffee pack would have been nice with the coffee pot. Very disappointed.

morning and evening views
burrs in the yard got caught in dog paws

It is great, just a bit hard to find at night.

Privacy from other people, looks cosy on the first look
Not clean (hair, smelly, very old stuff)

Maybe relocate the bathroom door/curtain to the hallway. For taller individuals like myself, the curtain/door was very close. Relocating that curtain could help with the bathroom experience.

bed was comfy
i honestly don’t know why the cleaning fee was so absurd but it wasn’t super clean? Also, this lil cabin 1) has junk under the patio and in the back just tossed around. looks trashy.
also, i didn’t see anywhere in the description that there no loft access. also, I thought there was access to laundry facilities. While I don’t mind no Wi-Fi, I didn’t get any service out here, which as a solo traveler I feel like it’s important to know cells don’t work there (definitely not a facility problem, just an FYI for potential visitors)

good parking
good sofa bed
more on the funky than charming
photo deceiving as in with other homes

A wonderful tiny cabin with so many little touches that we greatly appreciated. We didn’t need or want for anything. We loved it! Plus being able to have our tiny dog was a great bonus. We also loved how dark and quiet it was at night and the views out the giant sliding door even better!
As expected the couch bed wasn’t quite as cush-ey as a regular bed, but it was still comfy enough to spend two nights without being in pain. I would also recommend a little weed spraying because there were a lot a goat-heads around.

Cozy little place, pet friendly.
We didn’t realize the only bed available was going to be a pull out couch. Immediately the first night we had to change the sheets, they were not clean and had dog hair all over them, same as the dog sheet used to cover the furniture. Location was okay and close to town, but from the pictures it looked a lot more secluded, when in fact there’s houses and RVs all around it. We loved it was pet friendly, but the yard isn’t kept up with, and there are sooo many stickers.

We had a great experience at the Sunny Acres Cabin. It was just enough space for my significant other and me. We did bring our dog and they had cute little bowls for her as well! It is exactly what is advertised in the photos. It is not a large amount of space but we spent most of our time out exploring and just needed a place to eat, clean up, and sleep so it was perfect!
I can't complain!

It was quiet, the hot water came quickly, and it felt safe. Overall, it was cozy.
I wish the porch light had been left on because it was hard to find in the dark. The pull-out mattress was also pretty thin, and there were bits of fur in the sheets even though I could tell they had been washed.

Gorgeous place. Location was perfect and quiet. It has everything you need to spend a few days. Staff was super detailed and responsive. Cleanliness was on point. However, I think is a little bit pricey for such a small place.
Overprice.

Cute and clean little cabin. It has a sofa that turns to queen bed. Comfortable bed. Dog friendly (they have bowlsl for your dog). Bathroom a little small but worked just fine. Has A/C and warm water. Close to Arches national park.

Cute place, weird set up.
Pillow sheets were super gross and dirty so we slept with towels under our heads. Dog hair everywhere.

The cabin was perfect for our 6 days. We didn't use many of the amenities but were happy they were there. We weren't at the cabin long enough each day so not having internet or TV didn't bother us- especially since we don't even have it at home. Location was perfect outside of town but extremely close for our travels for food and adventure
My boyfriend's only complaint was not having enough space. But as a 6 foot tall man in a small cabin that's to be expected. And we had a lot of belongings for a 2.week trip.

The location was a nice spot with an amazing veiw of the sunrise over the Spanish valley. The porch was nice, being that its east facing it's good for breakfast or sunset dinner right around sunset you can enjoy your meal and watch the bats come out.
First off,the group before didn't leave the evaporative cooler on so when we arrived it was a good twenty degrees hotter than the outside. In addition we were sold on having a master bed up in the loft on arrival we found out that it was closed and that we would be sleeping on a pull out matress
