Location
Difficulties figuring out the key and parking situation until Matt helped us.

The property was great, everything clean, kitchen with all basic utensils you need to cook, nice tv, living room area, a little porch with very nice view, walking distances from the lift. Everything was perfect!
The rooms from the other properties are too close, with connecting doors (that were locked, of course) so we could hear absolutely everything from the other rooms, people were very loud around 1/2am. And the elevator doesn’t work well, it was inconvenient taking all our gear downstairs every morning because the elevator wasn’t working.

Nothing
Second time in a Vacasa property and second major disappointment! Maintenance at these places are horrible! The heat was on permanently, the carpets were stained everywhere, the sink drain was clogged there's was dirt in the corners, the furniture was equal to that of a college dorm room and it STILL cost 275/night of which was a 117$ cleaning fee! Oh I forgot to mention the halls smell like moldy laundry and there are old mattresses in the stairs... I've had better accomodations at a $50/motel in a ski town...

the view was nice
It was listed as a one bedroom house with a private entrance, but it was not that. it was a top floor hotel room. it was very small, and there was a door that went to the adjoining room and was locked, but there was no deadbolt or lock on our side, which made it very creepy that anyone on the other side had access to us in our room. also, there was nothing else open and no other people stay anywhere near us so it was basically deserted which made it more creepy.

The mixture of warm and cool light options on the place is an amazing touch. Great for warm lighting at night, with good task lighting in the day.
The instruction booklet is descriptive.
I really appreciated the kitchen.
There was no hot water on Thursday and Friday which made taking a shower undoable.
I received a code for the lock box, but I was not told which lock box to get them from. The lock boxes are labeled with a code that doesn't match the room number.
When I asked the staff, which lock box to use, it wasn't on their lookup sheet, and they had to call somebody.

No one was around to check us in. No one answered the phone. The online text service was of no help and sent us HOA rules for an entirely different property that led us to conclude there was nowhere (literally) to park our car. we had to find last minute alternate lodging as evening set in after over an hour of trying to check into our unit. this was a complete bust.

The place was outdated. condo was hot. the hot tub was not hot enough

close to ski lifts and once we found the vacasa rep she was wonderfully helpful.
access directions were hard to follow. the room was outdated the mattress was old and uncomfortable. didn’t like booking.com using third party. the cost was more than advertised by booking.com no one at the facility for assistance.

Hot shower, fireplace insert. It was such a frustrating experience it was hard to appreciate the room, especially since the sofa bed could not be folded up (see below) and took up so much of the floor space and making for a very cramped experience.
The sofa bed had a flat spring frame sitting on metal poles with many busted springs. On top was a 5 inch high foam pad. And the bed leaned downward and to the left. There were spots where the pad actually fell through the springs. We had to sleep on the floor the first night. A mattress was brought in but laid on top of the funky spring and still leaned terribly. (And the bed could n longer be folded up.) Awful. There were other issues but relatively minor compared to the 9 nights of horrible sleep on a terrible bed. Then the day after checking in, we received an email from Vacasa telling us we had to vacate and go elsewhere. (we paid for the unit in October.) as our room was not supposed to be rented out!x We ignored the email and stayed not knowing if e wuld be thrown out. Booking.com was of NO assistance. Vacasa customer service was the worst.

Location was great
The room was overpriced.

No breakfast. Stayed in condo with kitchen
I was not aware that there only was a sofabed and no actual bed in this rental. First night I only had a thin sheet and no blankets at all. Only one pillow provided

Location
All other aspects didn’t meet the $175 spent.

The views were fantastic, right in the village.
Because of all the windows it was very warm during the day, even opening the windows and using the fans provided it still wasn't comfortable. The apartment itself was beautiful but having little children was a pain because they could easily open the door and run down the hallway because there was no additional security lock. The blinds in the bedroom did not work so felt like I could not get any privacy.

The location.
Easy to follow the instructions
The mattress is old and very balancing . The carpet is old as well , hard to clean, looks like the room didn’t have an update for more then 30 years

Great location, reasonably priced.
Room was very hot, we turned the heat off as soon as we got there and had the window open the entire time but it was still stuffy. Shower was very touchy, it was either lukewarm or scalding hot. Towel bar came flying off the wall as I removed the towel on it. We were told there would be a parking pass in out room, it was not present. I contacted the host and received no response, luckily I talked to the maintenance guy and he said not to worry about it. Room could use some TLC but the location was great.
