It was a convenient without big luxuries apartment. The environment was well preserved (apartment, the garden with pines, plants, etc.). We loved having a swimming pool and also having A/C in the room. Having a small kitchen with fridge in the apartment was a plus.
All the staff was very attentive and supportive.
The last day we were offered a courtesy room to take a shower before leaving, we really appreciated it.
Everything was ok, but wouldn't hurt having more shaded spaces (garden, apartment terrace, etc.).

The location is very central and close to everything. the bungalows have everything you need on a summer vacation, we had an amazing time with friends. It was clean and convenient and the breakfast was good with a lot of options.
everything was really good.

- the only good thing about es pins is the location and outdoor look, really wide area with pretty flowers, Looks nice
- THE WORST WIFI EVER!!!! The WiFi was so badly set Up, because they created multiple WiFi Access Points with the same name but different Channels!!! Means your device constantly channel hops between different Channels... also in room the signal was super weak... we couldnt watch online TV at all....
- the staff only speaks spanish
- the staff is nearly invisible, you have feeling noone ist there at all
- we didnt get any instructions or tour when we checked in, just a really tiny paper with handwriten note about Restaurant times and WiFi Password, very unprofessionell
- toilete paper ran out during our visit, wasnt filled up during cleaning (happend other guests too!)
- the room looked like in the 70s and had very old furniture
- the bed and the pillows are horrible! I mean real horrible...
- everything felt super cheap and old
- the shower was so small, that you constantly turn of the water because you hit the watertap by moving in the shower...
- the glasses for the drinks were very dirty, we didnt use them
- no Isolation at all, you hear everything from your neighbors
- some nasty old bedsheet
- the fridge was so loud, it woke us multiple time up during the night
- the rain water from the roof was filling the whole balcony, so we couldnt use the balcony when it was raining

Very clean compact apartment, which was cleaned every 2 days with new towels and sheets.
great water pressure in the shower!
handy washing line on the porch and comfy outdoor furniture. Decent amount of plug sockets to serve all 3 of us!
Great little stove top coffee pot, very handy for the coffee drinkers!
Lovely pool
Shame there wasn't a path to the beach, just a narrow road with a fair bit of traffic on it. If you were walking up from the beach after dark you'd be good to carry a torch.
Breakfast was an additional €10 pp and if the food was plentiful we would have returned more than once. But as two of us were vegetarian the only hot plate we could eat was the egg dish, and that ran out before 0930, so it was very disappointing as it was not replenished.
Would have liked a kettle in the kitchen, had to heat up water in the saucepan which was timely. Brits are big tea drinkers! I could have brought my own if I'd known. I would always expect a kettle in a self catering kitchen.
Could have done with some bowls as well as plates.

It was the perfect getaway location! Easy walk to the beach and central to the islands. Rooms were simple but provided all that you really needed.
The bathrooms were a little outdated. The shower was tiny but it was again simple and provided that bungalow feel. Other than that the place was great.

Great facilities surrounded by nature. Simple but cosy rooms and good breakfast.
Not much going on around the property at night, a car was needed to go to the majority of restaurants. But if you don;'t mind that, than it's very nice!

The hotel is well located and has even a mini market, which is super practical. Rooms are comfortable and with AC - much needed for summers in Formentera.
Wish there was a full body mirror somewhere. There's definitely room for it, and it would elevate the room.
Cleaning only each 4 days is not enough. For the price, we expected better service in this aspect.

The room connected with a wonderful balcony that was bigger than the room, and served as a second room. The towels were skimpy. The breakfasts were great, with unlimited espresso and fabulous fruit. Staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds
The room was very small, and the shower door was difficult to close. The towels were skimpy. Almost no drawer space. Inconveniently located electric plugs. The key had to be left in the door to serve as a doorknob.

just a little bit up the road from the beach and is perfectly located to get to everywhere on the island. plaja midjorn is the best beach for chilled out vides and the bungalows are a good retreat with a lovely swimming pool! the property was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly! we used the useful kitchenette to make breakfast everyday as the island is very expensive!
the bed was not king size and is a small double with a single bed combo! shower is small but just about manageable

Perfect location to explore the island, friendly and helpful staff. Clean bungalows with efficient housekeeping. Sparkly clean swimming pool area, nice greenery. Good parking space. Would stay again.
A few things about the property need improving:
- The bungalows have very minimal kitchen utensils and of poor quality. This makes it impossible to stay for more than a few days.
- The breakfast buffet has many options and somewhat cater for vegetarians but struggle to keep the food warm and the fruit is not seasonal nor ripe.
- The sustainability of the property needs serious reviewing: no recycling in the bungalows or elsewhere, the breakfast buffet is a very outdated and wasteful solution, the shop has very limited vegetarian/vegan or local produce, heavy usage of single use plastics both in the bungalows and the bar. Adding mosquito nets in the bungalows would allow guests not to use the AC.
- Mosquitos are a real problem here. Bungalows need mosquito nets urgently.
- The shop could have more seasonal, local and fresh produce.

We were not able to stay at the venue we had booked on a recommendation for a wedding- a week before travelling we were moved to a different location which was below standard. Friends who were also due to stay at Bungalow Es Pins were told at different times with the latest being told the night before. We were told it was an upgrade on what we had but upon arrival we could see how poor it was. A large, noisy fridge at the bottom of the bed and a dirty rust bathroom. We had to move due to how unhygienic and uncomfortable the place was. Bungalow es Pins would not refund us despite having moved us and did not respond to any of our messages. Really disappointing
