The Villa is well equipped and well maintained. The outside area was clean and had ample space for all 8 of us to relax and chill. The location is around a 40 minute drive to all the major attractions, Disney, Universal Studios, International Drive etc. There are a number of supermarkets nearby if you fancy cooking indoors for a change. We had requested a bbq and it was delivered before we arrived and we used it at least twice. The pool was cleaned after a week. We did have some issues at the end of our first week, namely the dishwasher stopped working, the kitchen tap came off and the hot tub stopped working which meant the pool water wasn’t getting filtered . The owner/management company were quick to fix the dishwasher and tap though the pool took a few days but we were reimbursed for the inconvenience. All in all it was a pleasant stay and we would gladly come back if we were to revisit Orlando.

This villa was just perfect! From the space to the pool to the facilities inside! Everything was thought of! Disney just 20 minutes drive, Kennedy space centre only an hour! Would highly recommend for a lovely space to relax after busy days out in Orlando!

The property was clean, nicely presented and suited what we needed for our stay. It is becoming dated now with the decor.
There is a distinct lack of utensils/condiments or welcome items, which would’ve been a nice touch.
This sounds like a strange comment, but the beds are extremely noisy, a small turn in bed and woke the partner up. Not very comfy.
Kitchen sink tap broke off during stay but we fixed.
Overall pleasant stay.

We absolutely loved the house! It was as pictured, and very clean. We enjoyed the pool and game room many nights! The only two issues for me, were the AC (It worked, but couldn’t turn it lower than 75 and after several 101 days in Disney parks, most would like it cooler.) And in the laundry room/garage, coming from the inside, there’s a small step down that isn’t marked so my daughter fell and twisted her ankle when she went to wash clothes. There should be yellow markings or a sign or something that alerts visitors there’s a step down there. But all in all, I would give it a 9 out of 10. Our stay was amazing.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and perfect. The house was well equipped with plenty of towels, bed sheets, pillows and kitchen tools. Upon arrival the house was very clean and the pool area impecable. We enjoyed the house so much that my kids barely wanted to leave to go out. Communication with the host was easy as well. She answered in a very timely manner too. I don’t have anything bad to say about this home our our stay. We had a great experience and family vacation. Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. 10/10 recommended! Valerie was a wonderful hosts and thought of everything! Totally would go back. If you’re looking for a place to get away and be close to Disney World this is it! The home was very roomy and clean. Loved that the neighborhood was gated and quiet so we could unwind and relax while feeling safe.

We really enjoyed our stay and the place lived up to our expectations. The home offered great entertainment and space for our group of 6 adults and one child to stretch out and relax after 3 days of hitting all the parks and walking 6+ miles per day. THe only disappointment was the fact that the pool was too cool to get into and by the third day the hot tub finally got hot enough to enter. On average Disney parks were 30 minutes away and universal studios was about the same time as well.

This is a large well equipped home about 20 minute drive from Disney attractions.
Pros:
Photos are accurate, property clean and comfortable.
Game room on second floor with pool and air hockey
Bathrooms and kitchens very clean
Bedrooms comfortable and clean with nice decor
Quiet, upscale residential neighborhood
Home has an alarm system
Easy drive to many attractions and airport
Responsive property manager
Paper supplies are provided but limited supply
Lots of shopping close by - groceries, Walmart etc.
Cons:
Although sofa fabric is fine, the cushions are beat- an easy fix with new foam inserts.
We paid additional fees to have pool and hot tub heated. The hot tub was only ever lukewarm. The pool was never warm enough to use. Explanation from property manager was the evenings had been cool. We booked this large house for just 2 people specifically for the hot tub/pool so were very disappointed.
Counters are Formica and pans could be updated.

Home was very large with king room, 2 queens and 2 sets of twin rooms. We choose this home for the size, price and "heated pool and jacuzzi". First the good: comfy beds, clean linens, tons of space, lots of kitchen supplies, 4 bathrooms. Typical of a rental the walls and carpets had spots but everything else was nice and clean.
The not so perfect: we didnt know the AC would be set at 75 degrees and we're thankful it was very cool during our visit. The pool and jacuzzi were never hot and was only "warm" on the warmest day of our trip.
Location: took about an hour to / from universal regardless of the time of day or night. There is always traffic and backups on I4 and the roads around the neighborhood. However, the publix and Aldi are about 5 min away abd we stopped there often.
Overall a good value for the money. Consider whether pool heat is realistic and location is convenient for you. I think the home to disney would have been around 30 min.

Very decent property, kids enjoyed the pool. Kitchen was clean and organized. TV’s in some of the bed rooms didn’t work but that wasn’t a let down as we spent most of the time in the pool or in the living area with friends. Convenient location with super market, restaurants and gas station within a mile. 20 min drive to the parks, all in all, great stay at a gated housing community.

The neighborhood is nice. The property is adjacent to some woods so it feels a bit more secluded, which is lovely. And the property management is very responsive.
Negatives are few: The beds are quite old and not very comfortable and the property is a bit difficult, from a traffic perspective (noting to do with anything one can control). While it's about 10 miles to Disney, that can take more than an hour in traffic.
Overall, it worked well for our purposes, and the pool was perfectly heated to make it fun, even with cold weather.

Our family had a great stay at the property. It was wonderful to come back and relax in the pool after trekking around the theme parks.
No issues with the keyless check in.
The area was very quiet when we stayed, however the I-4 towards Orlando can get very congested, our satnav saved us a lot of time showing ways to avoid the highway.
We all thoroughly enjoyed the vacation and particularly the property.

Everything is like what's in the pictures. We spent 4 days in this home and everyone loved it. Its about 20-25 minutes away from disney and universal ( depending on traffic). The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed, but we ate out mostly. Neighborhood was very quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool. We had 1 problem with the key code for the front door, but mgmt was very quick in responding and getting us in. The only bad thing i have to say about this house is that the decor needs a upgrade. Other than that, we loved the house.

Property was as described. Had a bit of trouble gaining entry but it was rectified in a timely manner. Kids STAYED in the pool! Was not too far from Arena where grandson was playing basketball. We eventually found the grill in the garage. Unfortunately, we forgot to put it back when we were done. My apology for that. House was very nice!! We have no complaints. Thinking about coming back for my girls trip!!

We came celebrating my sons high school graduation we were very happy with the house- Large, clean and spacious. Pools and spa were great to relax in at the end of the day! Grocery stores very close and very quiet and safe area.
Only complaint was that the air hockey table was broke but I had saw a review that mentioned this shortly before we came so I wasn’t surprised.
Also they state they only provide 1 garbage bag, 1 soap for dish washer and a roll of toilet paper for each toilet but check ALL the cupboards as past guests leave stuff behind (like us) and you could save yourself some money.

First of all we want to thank Valerie and the management property for responding with efficiency to our demands before and during our stay, they were very kind and helpful during the whole process.
Despite a little difficulty with the house code on arrival, which created a stress and a delay in entering, we were able to access the house with the help of the property management. That being said, their arrival process was clear and well explained. Recommendations on activities, stores and surrounding area from the owner Valerie was pretty helpful as well.
The Villa was beautiful, very clean, the garage was convenient and the pool-spa terrace was awesome. We would return again without hesitation. We will consider this villa again for a future stay. Villa was big enough to create our own space when needed and the poolroom was appreciated after the day!
Had few issues during our stay but nothing major to our point of view (i would not recommend to use the food grinder or if you do, use it for very small food waste lol), but very effective answer from management, nothing to complain!
This was our first VRBO’s experience and definitely not the last one!!!

Great house for our 6 day/5 night golf trip. Good central location with many great courses in the area. The house fit all our needs. Only mild curveball was finding out, on the day we arrived, that the washing machine didn’t work (and would not be fixed until after our visit was over.)
Pool was clean and nice. Unfortunately, the hot tub never got over 88*
For guys in their mid-late 40’s playing 5 rounds in 5 days, a nice steamy hot tub would have been nice.
