Very good as long as you dont pay attention to room's details

Beach here is very good compared to other locations on the island, but it is windy. Room gets not just warm, but hot water!

Outdated / misguiding information about arrival to the island and to the hotel, e.g. it says that PCR test is required (instead they do a rapid test at the hotel). An attempt to communicate through Booking's chat was ignored. Rules about hotel's charges and food are only spoken, not written anywhere. Room service is available, but but the menu is provided only by phone. Lots of minor blemishes and issues inside rooms. Once at a mid-day water was cut off for abt 1 hour without any notice.

Food choice was very good. Internet connection too. Facilities good.

It was not clear at all how the 800-rupee credit per person at nearby restaurants worked. One night we went to a restaurant just 50 metres from the hotel, spent a fortune only to be told at the end that they had nothing to do with the Radisson hotel and therefore that we could not claim the 800 rupees per person. The sea was not tempting, especially in the morning.

Our stay was excellent. it was my birthday as well as our engagement getaway.

Breakfast had lots of fresh and tasty options. From check-in, Alisha and the team went above and beyond to plan a perfect engagement and birthday weekend full of fabulous surprises. A truly remarkable stay and we will be coming back. Thank you to the team for everything and a special thanks to Alisha for checking up on us even after we landed back in SA. I give all of you a 6 star.

Amazing stay! Have never seen better behaving and welcoming staff! I enjoyed my vacation very very much!

The hotel itself is so beautiful! The place is quiet and far from capital city! The sea is beautiful and clean. Especially blue lagoon which U must visit during your stay! Hotel offers a lot of free activities and U should try them! EVERY member of the staff is so kind and wonderful - providing absolutely amazing service! Loved it and have never seen better! I stayed for one week and enjoyed every minutes spent in this beautiful place! I recommend so much! The place looks exactly like in the pics!

Globalement, on ne peut qu'être satisfait du personnel, des services et activités proposés, de la propreté, du cadre, de la cuisine, de la chambre et de la literie, etc

Peu de choses à reprocher, à part une certaine difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude.

Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner+les repas ainsi que les cocktails. Le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel Merci encore pour notre séjours.

Contrairement au personnel de l'hôtel ceux du fun day était moins sympathique.

Not enough sun beds for everyone, shortage of beach towels (had to wait for 40 min), dirty under the beds in the room, rude lady in the kids club. The beach was dirty with sea weed

The hotel has a nice atmosphere. They have a valley service if you bring your own car.

Toilet smelt very bad like it hadn't been cleaned. The seat was stained brown like it hadn't been changed in years. The drain on the toilet floor was clogged with sand and dirt. When I asked for it to be cleaned I was told every room is like this! The room was slightly worn out and in need of renovation. The shower was covered is limescale stains like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The options at the buffet dinner were limited although some of the food was decent. It didn't feel like a 4 star hotel, more 3.5. there is no drinks included in half board which was not made clear when booking. The staff were constantly making private jokes in their own language and behaving in a silly unprofessional way. All in all quite disappointing, and would not stay again.

the hotel, facilities and location were exceptional. beautiful modern features and spacious rooms.

Most staff were unfriendly and slow. Exceptional service received from Ramesh at dinning and Shika, Shakira, Pinky and Kajol at reception. The rest of the service was too slow and we had to ask 3 or 4 times for an ask. The food is also average and bare minimum. I expect more from Radisson for breakfast and dinner buffets. Yoguts and nuts etc needed to be asked for. Whilst the hotel is beautiful, the service levels and variety of food let this hotel down.

The rooms were good, gardens & food was good in general

Not the best place for swimming in the sea, the beach seems much better on the photos The coffee @ breakfast was mostly cold, no teaspoons with the cups/ on tables The all inclusive wine was dissappointing

Not enough varieties of food at buffet. (Only chicken and beef) When we order for drinks, 1 glass was missing, they forgot they must give birthday cake(they proposed as complimentary)thanks for that, but they don't reacts quickly, i didn't appreciate the way they operates,no knife for cutting the cake,tv is not working well...sorry to say but not professional at all🫠

For a short stay like 1-2 days to enjoy the beach there is ok. Other than that, not recommended.

The beach in this resort is beautiful.

Most of staff there have no patience and passion at all. Seems only managerment level cares this resort. Cleanliness is even terrible. You can see stains everywhere on the sheet, floor... the chair in the room smell stinking.

Exceptional

Amazing staff always caring from the day of arrival until the day of departure. Very attentive to your needs. A lot of activities (biking, paddle boat, kayak, golf etc.) proposed. The spa area is amazing. Rooms are very spacious. The resort is located in a safe area with entry check and security. Can definitely recommend !

The dinner buffet could offer more choice. The entertainment during the evening could be more diverse (2 days a week just background music). But you have access to the sister hotel Lafayette and can enjoy the entertainment there.

Lovely for short stay

Staff in general was nice and helpful. Nice facilities with gym spa and pool area. Food was also quite good, with variation over the 12 days of our stay.

There are quite many guests, plus it seems like some surrounding apartments also use the area. The pool is not the biggest, so it can be challenging to find sunbeds. The same goes for the beach where sunbeds are limited. The sea is beautiful, of course there are more clear seas on the island but it is still nice. Swimming from the beach is not great. The hotel offers a platform in crystal clear water, but it is some way with a boat and is often reserved. In general small issues, I would recommend a hotel for maybe shorter stays while exploring the beautiful island

Overall a wonderful stay and a great way to end our trip to mauritius!!

All the facilities were lovely. The Buffet was nice, the food was lovely but not so much selection. Complimentary massage was an awesome touch considering we only stayed one night!! The pools were nice, the staff were friendly and there was a great level of detail with each different thing in the resort!! The free water sports was much enjoyed, although snorkelling wise there wasn’t much.

Although the staff were friendly, they sometimes came across as a bit pushy, i.e the waiter kept on asking if we were finished with our meal and if they could take our plate, when we clearly were still eating. The hotel is pay for what you get, as in the hotel is fairly priced, you have to pay hotel prices for drinks, minibar, coffee machine, kettle, just to use them!!

could be a good option for a family vacation. young people, look for something on the north-western part.

the hotel is kept in a good condition. rooms are spacy and clean. staff is friendly.

food variety is lacking. it looked like some generic hotel in Egypt, but Egypt cost me 3 times cheaper. and my friend got food poisoning from the Indian buffet there other night. the pool area is very nice but small. the beach is so so - lots of seaweed. not looking beautiful. there is no free availability of fresh water. two 750ml bottles is absolutely not enough for 2 ppl per day. nothing to do in the evenings. no dancing, animation, or anything. and there's no clubs in the area as well - the hotel is located on the eastern coast. there is nothing around. nightlife happens in the north or on the western side. taxi there cost 30-40 eur one way. housekeeping does not refresh the expendables. my hotel slippers broke, and no one provided a replacement. I used both bottles of hair conditioner and never received new bottles. I feel like this hotel is not worth it's price.

The beach is rocky beach The food was average The staff needs to be trained about costumer services, some rules surprises me like the room card to be returned or additional fees to be applied, the empty water bottles should be returned before asking for water, towels are served only if you have towel card which also given to you once when you check in and to be returned on check out or additional fees will be applied !

The view from the balcony. The big balcony and shower room. Nice pools, very good breakfast and dinner.

The fact that the weitress didn't even wait to get the table and seat down at dinner time, and she asked us to have some drinks. My impression was that they want to make you to pay, because in the first night you don't know that the drinks are not included ao you could be tempted to order anything, doesn't matter the cost. As a hotel of that name, you expect to be more organised.
