Excellent quality regarding all aspects of our stay. Elisavet and Nikos are wonderful people and hosts.

The villa and its location are breathtaking. Beautiful sea view and extremely quiet area. No loud club or disco there around, the only sounds are from the wind and the sea. The owners are extremely kind and the feeling is to be “home”. Every morning Elisabeth and Nicholas woke us with a magnificent breakfast and the the way they keep the property tidy and cozy is faultless. The closest beach can be reached in a ten minutes walk. Laurio ( the closest town with many restaurants and supermerkets) is 10 minutes far by car. Same time is to go Sunion Cape archeologic area, where the sunset will bewitch you all.
Of course we all disliked to go back home.. a week flies in such enchanted place…

Loved the views, the pool and the lovely breakfast provided by Elisabeth. She was a perfect hostess and made us feel really welcome and brought us pool toys for the kids.
We visited some great historic sites too - temple of Poisidon, Athens and the amphitheatre at Thorikos.
Nothing, however it is up a steep road that could be difficult for nervous drivers.

We loved the breakfast and the views and the bed. Cleaning lady came every day. Hosts were super sweet and friendly. It is very child friendly house. The pool area is beautiful. The road to the house is one to remember. :) Only 7 minute drive to the streets of restaurants.
I wish we would have known that the owners of the house are living downstairs and are serving around the house daily we would have brought them a gift.
One other thing we didnt know (and apparently its very common in Greece) that You must throw the paper to the trash after going to the toilet. For us it was unusual but we managed to cope. Perhaps these common things in Greece but not so common in elswhere things could be under property information. Im sure its not a dealbreaker. :)

The place is fantastic. Exceptional view. Very clean. Excellent swimming pool. And above all the homemade breakfast every morning!
The road to the villa is difficult. Make sure if you rent a car that has enough power to climb with the weight of your luggage.

It was our first time in Greece and it was amazing how host and local people made it feel so welcomed. Villa is beautifully located at the top of the hill with the sea view, which is perfect for sunrises and sunsets (totally worth it with a glass of wine). Garden is so green and full of palms and trees it gives you that holiday feeling. Breakfast is freshly made and baked every morning: fresh orange juice, Greek yogurt from local farms and other very detailed extra tasty dishes. Villa is closely located to the Paralia Pountazeza beach with the bar which is also beautiful. Palms, green garden, attentive staff and lots of sun. We were very pleased with our stay and hope we can get back one day.

Gorgeous view, clean, breakfast home made, salted water pool and the host.
Too bad that in all 4 days we had powerful wind and we could not spend too much time outdoor.

Fabulous and very varied breakfast prepared every morning on the amazing terrasse by Elisabeth who is a very skilled cook. Simply a perfect start of the day with fresh orange juice, Greek specialities and something for kids and adults alike. The location is very quiet with a stuning view of the bay. You need a car as the house is app. 5 km from the nearest town and placed very high on the mountain, so you don't 'just' go somewhere by foot. The house is well laid out and everything is well maintained.
We stayed in October and the pool was very cold. It would have been nice to have a heated pool but I guess not many pools in Greece are heated. Both the house inside and outside grounds have a lot of stairs so something to be aware of for people who are not so agile.

The villa was beautiful and spacious with a great pool and an incredible view. Elizabeth was amazing and on call througout our stay for all our questions and requests. She made us the most delicious breakfast every day which was a lovely addition to our stay.
