Grand Pointe sits the most unbelievable location of Orange Beach. The Perdido Pass is located on our east shore where you can watch the yachts enter and exit into the Gulf and watch dolphin play. The condo faces the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This is the perfect vacation getaway spot for any occasion from a family gathering to a relaxing golf vacation. The amenities found here ensure that you will find the retreat you deserve.
Newly remodeled, 4 professionally decorated bedrooms (plus a queen sleeper sofa) each bedroom features a king size bed and an en suite bathroom . There are 4 bathrooms, including a whirlpool tub and double vanity in the Master bathroom. A 1/2 bath is off the living room. An open gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances including a refrigerator with 2 ice makers, granite counters and a glass tile and stainless backsplash. A Keurig is provided for your convenience as well.
The wet bar features an additional icemaker. A large living room and dining room certainly allows for plenty of areas where fun, food and conversation will flow.
Whatever you idea of the perfect vacation activities, you can do them here. If you feel like retreating from the world and just watching TV you can do that. There is a 55' LED flat screen 'smart tv' with a Blu Ray DVD player in the living room. Wireless wi-fi lets you watch tv and surf the web at the same time.
All 4 bedrooms also have their own TV and DVD player. If you want to stay connected to the outside world, and send updates of your fantastic time over the web, wireless internet is throughtout the condo so you can surf the net even while relaxing on the balcony, enjoying your amazing view.

Now if you are looking for some off-property excursions, there are many to choose from. Starting with a short walk across the street to SanRoc Cay Marina. Here you can find unique courtyard events, shopping, dining (Louisiana lagniappe, Fresh Off the Boat, Gulf Shores Steamer, .) and Serenity Salon and Spa. You also can spend the day on the water enjoying dolphin cruises, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, diving, para-sailing and jet-skiing. We really enjoyed our visit to orange beach/Perdido key and our stay at this property. The condo is an end unit on the second floor. It was quiet and we didn’t have an issue with hearing other guests at night. The resort property isn’t huge so there was lots of room on the beach to be spread out. There is beach chair service which made it easier to get to and from the beach with kids every day without having to haul chairs with us. There is an indoor pool and hot tub as well as an outdoor pool/hot tub. The outdoor has two large shallow ends, giving lots of space for littles to swim. The outdoor pool was pretty cloudy colored all week but not in control of the owner of this rental. Even with the jellyfish in town and not being able to be in the gulf most of the time, the pools were never too crowded. The property is located in a great part of orange beach. Lots of restaurants located close by, and a gas station and grocery store just a short drive away. The property manager is so quick to respond and seems to care very much that you enjoy your stay. We plan on coming back to this location!

The location of the condo could not be more perfect. It's a corner unit so no one bordering on one side. It's also by the stairs which we found easier to go up and down than walk down the hall to the elevator. The building itself is on the end of a line of condos so the beach in front is a quieter area as well. There were 7 of us sharing the condo and there was more than enough space for all of us. We loved the outdoor area. We cooked a lot while we were there and all appliances worked. There are plenty of plates, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. We will absolutely stay at this condo again if we are ever in the area. The owner was amazing and worked with us when we needed to reschedule due to family issue. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

We had an amazing Orange Beach Vacation! I used VRBO for the first time for this trip. Choosing to stay at Grand Pointe 214 was the best decision. Laurie was so easy to work with! The condo was absolutely beautiful and so spacious. The location was perfect and the view was gorgeous! We will definitely be back!!

Grand Pointe 214 was a wonderful accommodation for myself & 7 friends. The complex location & size allows for wonderful beach setting. The Perdido Pass was also fun to watch boats & dolphins.

We had 10 family members in our group and the size of the unit was perfect. It was clean, well stocked and the view was spectacular. The pool and the beach were easily accessible and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The beds are comfy and the master bath is HUGE! Even with a couple of days of strong winds our family vacation was perfection and we all agree we would stay here again on our next visit!!

Had a wonderful stay. Great location. Property is a little older and could use some updating. Only negative was on our last day a condo above us had a overflowing issue in the bathroom which ended up in our condo. We addressed the issue as best we could. Overall it was still a very enjoyable stay.

Vacationed in Orange Beach with 4 over 60 fun couples. We loved the layout of the condo and the deck was so relaxing with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico! Kitchen had everything you’d need for making snacks and the 2 ice makers came in handy for happy hours. Pool and hot tub blocked the breeze and we enjoyed walking the beautiful beach. Ate out every night and the restaurants were all great! Try the red shrimp.

We had a wonderful stay! Having a bathroom for each room was an experience game changer. Easy walk to beach and loved being next to the bridge which gave a panoramic view of the water. The condo could use new shower towels, they seemed a little old. I also loved that we could walk across the street (be careful, no crosswalk though) to shops and restaurants.

This property and location was perfect! We had 6 adults, 4 kids and an infant. All of the rooms are spacious and the beds were amazing. This is truly one of the best condos that we have ever stayed in. The only issue we had was not with the condo; there were tons of jellyfish in the ocean that week! It is a beautiful condo and you will not be disappointed if you go!

Excellent Vacation Spot
Despite construction going on the entire week we were there, the condo was wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen made making meals so much easier! The unit was very clean and very spacious. The view from the balcony was amazing. Great location, it is very close to grocery store's, and many restaurant's and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend to anyone considering staying at this unit!

The BEST Vacation
Our group included 2 sets of grandparents, us (parents) and our adult children in their early 20s. We are used to going to Key West (Truman Annex neighborhood) or WaterSound on 30A. This was a totally different vibe but no less spectacular! The location of this property is great for beach and closeness to eateries and Publix. The condo was exactly how it was pictured! Spacious bedrooms, all attached bedrooms, the porch is large with enough room for everyone to sit. The owners are amazing to work with and have a provided a wonderful getaway for their guests. Will definitely be staying there again!

Our family had an amazing time staying in Grand Point unit 214. Condo was well stocked with whatever pots and pans you would need. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and wonderful. Perfect Location for our Family Vacation
This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Loved the location on the beach and proximity to stairs was great for easy access. Condo was beautiful and spacious. Lots of room for meals and hanging out. Wonderfully decorated with everything we needed. It was the best equipped condo we have ever rented! Loved it!

Just got back from a stay here in April 2021. This property was fantastic for our two children, plus a set of grandparents! The entire condo is very spacious and the balcony is huge! It's very well located for anyone trying to stay safer during the pandemic.
The unit is a corner unit at the very end of the building, on the second floor, and right by the stairwell so you can avoid the elevator all together. Everything was very clean, and well stocked with all the starter necessities.
The building has an outdoor pool AND an indoor pool for when the weather is less than great. The beach is right outside, but it's a fairly long boardwalk.
The only small complaint is the thermostat: There is a lot of notices about how the A/C will shut off automatically if any door is open for more than 90 seconds, but then turn back on when the door is closed again. However, in our experience while the A/C will turn back on, the thermostat constantly resets to 74 degrees regardless as how it was set before. And, it seemed like it would kind of "decide" to return to 74 at random even if doors were not held open. Regardless, we were never uncomfortable and when the A/C did work, it worked very well.

Great location, not crowded
Location is fantastic. The condo is at the end of the beach so you can easily social distance. The layout and multiple bathrooms is a huge bonus. Plenty of towels and kitchenware. Balcony was great to relax and the stairwell right outside the condo made it easy to get to the pool, beach, and parking lot.
