Super clean building, managements stuff keep whole place in perfect condition , functional, save and extremely clean.
Apartment is even better than on pictures.
For me was also important location, everything is on walk distans, grocery store ,7 eleven restaurants.
And pool is always clean nice size.

The pictures of the condo was exactly how it looked beautiful!! It has everything we needed and it was well taken care of. The beach front view was amazing sitting outside and watching the dolphins go by. Perfect location easy to get to Tampa, Clearwater or St. Peter’s!! Lots of things to do. Bruce was very helpful and easily available through email and the check in was simple. Definitely will be going back again - it’s a perfect place for a vacation!!

Everything is as it appears in the listing. The unit was clean and well kept, they had everything we needed, and the view was amazing. Owners were easy to reach and responsive. Lots of beachy places to eat and shop within easy distance. Highly recommended!

Being right on the beach makes all the difference. And the beach itself is good - not crowded, lots of space to swim. The place has everything you need, we loved the huge balcony. The mattresses were a bit too firm, but no big deal.

The views are like a poatcard. We had our morning coffee on the balcony listening to the waves and sat steps away on the beach itself to watch the sun set every night. Some nights dolphins were visible from the beach.
The condo itself was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Bruce was easy to communicate with and provided enough information so that we knew exactly what to expect, where to find what we needed, and how to access all parts of the fabulous property.

Absolutely loved the condo. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was how clean the entire place was. It has everything you need to feel just like home. The living room area was very comfortable along with the beds in the bedroom. Loved having the double sink!
Big bonus for us was the 5G wifi and the fact we could still connect while on the beach as we didn’t have data on our phones with not being from the States.
The beach is beautiful and steps away along with the pool that was relaxing and refreshing after a day in the sand and ocean.
Finally, the view is breathtaking from every single spot in the condo. We had morning coffee and dinner on the balcony watching the dolphins in the ocean and beautiful sunsets. The view is unbelievable!!!
Bruce was so thoughtful and quick to respond to any inquires during our booking process. He even sent us a message on the day we arrived to check in to make sure we arrived safely and the condo was perfect.
We loved our stay and will definitely be back. We didn’t want to leave.

Spring Getaway
We just spent almost two weeks at Ocean Sands and we loved it! This property is in a great location, close to John’s Pass, lots of restaurants, grocery stores and shops and, most importantly…right on the beach! We watched dolphins daily from the balcony and beautiful sunsets every night.
Bruce is terrific to deal with. He provided all information needed and answered any questions or concerns we had very quickly.
The unit and the building are very well maintained and equipped. There are even some necessities there to get you started, or if you have forgotten things from home. There are beach towels, chairs and umbrellas available as well.
The beds are very comfortable with nice quality cotton sheets (no microfibre).
We look forward to spending time here again in the future…highly recommend this rental and owner!

Don't Look Further!
Condo was directly on the beach and had excellent views from the living room and bedroom. Accommodations very clean with comfy beds. We enjoyed the pool, beach and hot tub. Our only complaint.... drumroll..... we had to leave!!!

Amazing stay
This was one of the best vacations we’ve been on! The condo was close to a lot of thing. We stayed over the 4th of July and yes it was busy that weekend but it was quiet even those there were a lot of extra people around. The beach we had mostly to ourselves.. hurricane elsa decided to make a visit and Bruce had sent us all the information we might need incase something happened. He was easy to get a hold of in regards to a couple of things we had questions about! Highly recommended his place! We will be back!

Great condo and location!
The owners have thought of it all! The condo is beautiful with incredible views. The condo is located across from two restaurants that we are at a few times. Good. Daiquiri Shak is good. The condo is on the 4th floor and the views from the deck are amazing. They have thought of any little thing you could think of and could fly there and be great for a week at the beach. We will be back! It is far enough away from the public beach accesses that there were times we had the beach to ourselves!

Fell asleep listening to the waves
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit had all the comforts of home and was very clean and spacious. The 2 sets of balcony doors were 9ft wide and could open up 6ft! With the doors open , I fell asleep listening to the waves. It was just what we needed!

Best Gulf View
Everything about this place was perfect!! Tons on lights, mirrors, and plug in strips in all rooms for easy access to charge all devices. Amazing views from all rooms. Easy access to the beach! Everything you could need for the beach is supplied! Had an amazing time and will be going back again!!

Perfect for relaxing
We just returned today from our stay at this property. We could not have wished for anything else. The kitchen was fully equipped, lots of towels, extra pillows and lots of beach equipment available for use. Property is directly on the beach, just as described and shown in pictures. It was great to have a washer and dryer available. We got to spend some time on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The area is perfect, close to so many other areas, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, etc.
There was a problem with the air conditioner and of course it happened on a Sunday. I communicated with the owner who responded quickly and contacted an AC company to come check it out, even on Sunday. No problems at all. Great host!

Better than expected
The apartment was actually bigger than expected. The online pictures are not so great the place is actually better! Amazing view from the apartment! You can seat in the living room and see the ocean. I suggest you bring your own cleaning supplies like dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, towel paper and toilet paper. I read the reviews and people said there is some like half ..... Well we brought ours supplies so it was not a big deal for us. It was easy to get to the room, and getting parking, also kitchen is well equipped.

It felt like home!
We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.
We were so comfortable staying there, the condo is fully equipped with everything including beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. It’s very clean, quiet and exceeded our expectations. The view off the balcony is just amazing!
I was lucky enough to help rescue sea turtles that had hatched and ended up in the parking garage. In the warm gulf waters, a manatee swam right past us and dolphins were jumping 20 feet away. It was magical. And those sunsets, nothing beats a gulf sunset. Ocean Sands is walking distance to so many things.

Great Time!!
My husband and I stayed here for or 30th Anniversary getaway! This is our favorite place to stay! The view is amazing!! We never want to leave when we come here! Bruce was so great to work with us during all of the COVID chaos! The cleanliness of this property was excellent! As soon as we walked in you could smell that the condo had been cleaned! Thanks for a great stay!! Hope to be back next year!

Nice but needs some tweaking.
The condo is nice. It is in a pretty good location, within walking distance to several restaurants.
The kitchen is fairly stocked, pans are in need of an upgrade.
The beds... dear Lord.... the beds. They are awful. Beds are so uncomfortable! Linens are very low quality and pillows were brutal. I enjoy a comfy bed and was miserable .
The property was not stocked... 2 dish pods for the dishwasher, 2 rolls of one ply toilet paper, one half roll of paper towels and bath towels that need replacing.
The balcony is nice, but there was a couple in the downstairs that were super intrusive if we went out there. The balcony overlooks their balcony... it is not private.
Only one elevator was functioning while we were there, and when we first arrived, someone had throw up in it.
The location is good but there is no “ luxury” in the unit. It is basic.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and clean. It had everything we needed for the beach, and an unobstructed view of the beach. We watched the sunset every night. Bruce was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful, relaxing 10 days at this condo. It was everything they said it was! Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen supplies, beach chairs and towels, great balcony, awesome beach and lots of nearby restaurants and activities. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful Vacation
My wife and I go to Florida every year this was the first time we stayed at this particular condo. The owner is very easy to communicate with he texts to make sure everything was okay. You won't find a better view anywhere the condo was spotless an overall very nice. You won't go wrong if you booked this condo!!
