Einzig und allein die direkte Lage am Lift

- Ungemütliche Einrichtung, alles wirkt kalt und alt - Keine richtige Kaffeemaschine - Nicht genug Teller für alle Personen - Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist mühsam und umständlich - Kein warmer Empfang, alles mit Pins und Schließfächern ohne - schon vor Anreise bekommt man unzählige Mails was man nicht darf und wann die Kaution einbehalten wird. Dadurch fühlt man sich nicht willkommen

The location was perfect for our mini getaway. The apartment was more than what we expected. It was clean, well equipped with kitchen appliances, the beds were perfect to sleep on and it was just beautiful.

Very nice stay.

Very nice. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was nice and clean. It was modern and new similar to a hotel. Kitchen had all utensils necessary for cooking and dishwasher.

Location Interior

The deposit refund policies were told after paying the deposit. The policies were strict. Policies should be told before the paying. It was required to dispose garbages by ourselves and it was difficult to find a garbage collection place. Too many things had to be done by ourselves for paying such an expensive apartment. The lease agreement had to be concluded separately, the money had to be transferred by bank transfer etc…so if you expect the simple easy way for Booking.com, not recommended.

Nice place for a family or friends to have an active vacation.

Modern Apartment complex with really a lot of higher level comfort features like a straight lift between the parking garage and the living levels. Well maintained and clean complex. Big living room with open kitchen, the bedrooms were smaller but absolutely accomodated our personal needs. The kitchen and other rooms were very well equipped with everything you would need for a week of vacation.We really liked the place in regards to the activities, everything was in walking distance for the winter. In the summer you would have to account for some more driving to get the things bought you would need or wish to have.For the winter, it is an awesome location as the skilifts are just around the corner and you can see some of them from the frontdoor.Right under there is the "Apres" restaurant, we did not try it, but very convenient when you are not up to cooking after a super active day.

The apartment was not very well sound insulated, you were able to sometimes hear the neighbours or the doors moving on the hallway. In our specific apartment we were missing curtains and during summer, this meant early mornings for us as with the windows facing east, you were the first to get the full beam of sunlight into your bedroom. We missed a freezer in the kitchen, but this is personal choice and you can facilitate this in your shopping.
