No major issues just felt like there was an expectation the guests wouldn’t need to cook or clean?

Good location. Clean and neat.

Not well equiped in kitchen - some important things not supplied. No dishwashing detergent just a stick for cleaning individual pots. No egg flipper.

Exceptional

Location was good. Walking distance to the Main Street. The property was big and comfortable for my family with 2 young kids. It also has a heated pool when the beach gets too cold.

Loved it, we’ll be back some day 👌🏻

Brilliant location, lush and private but just a few minutes walk from Hastings St, the beach and National Park walking trails. Huge 3 bed villa, very modern with high raked ceilings, multiple balconies and fantastic views of the bay.

Not a concern for us but the walk up hill from town back to the apartment might be a struggle for people who are not particularly fit or active. But you can’t get a view without elevation, right…..?

great family holiday.

Great location near Hastings St, short walk to beach and restaurants, but no noise! Big, airy, house fully furnished with everything you could need. Nice bush land views with water glimpses. pool on site.

We self catered. So this question doesn’t apply.

Directions to find the place would be useful. With the access road cut off mid-way it was confusing …. google maps couldn’t help.

The room, pool and staff were amazing!

The amazing architecture immediately creates a relaxing feel as soon as you walk in the door. Staff were awesome. Felt like your in a rainforest yet walking distance to everything.

A Perfect Weekend Getaway

I booked two apartments for a weekend girls trip for 9 people. We had one 2 bedroom and one 3 bedroom apartment, both were fully equipped, stylishly furnished, had comfortable beds & were superbly cleaned and presented. All guests commented on how great the rooms were, spacious enough for us to entertain and all be in one apartment with great separation in the living areas. I dealt with Brooke and Nick regarding my booking, both offered exceptional service and communication to confirm my booking, let me know that the rooms were available early, and handled any requests promptly and professionally going above and beyond regular expectations of customer service. The location of The Residences is a perfect short stroll to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach, close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping, but also just far enough away to have privacy without traffic. We would definitely rebook and look forward to staying again.

Superb

The location was amazing for access to Hastings St (it wasn't a problem for us but there is a bit of a hill to walk up and quite a few steps, this could be an issue for some) and the villa was so comfortable and peaceful. The pool was beautiful as well.
