Sailors Lodge is the ideal holiday home to explore Filey and surrounding area.

Brilliant location. Very close to all the shops and the beach.

The bed in the small bedroom is small and quite squeaky.

The apartment is very well placed for shops, pubs, beach all within walking distance, lots of lovely walks, very clean, comfortable and well stocked kitchen, I would definitely recommend to anyone and look forward to returning later in the year.

There was nothing I didn't like, just a couple of notes for the apartment owners. The main light in the double bed starts to flicker after it has been on for a while, the other is one of the waste pipes from the apartment upstairs is leaking badly onto the roof of the extension, I think it might be when they use the shower or the washing machine.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay in brilliant location.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to lovely park, beach and town centre shops and amenities. Property nicely furnished with modern kitchen and bathroom. Great shower. On street parking was never a problem and managed to park outside the property the whole time.

Had major problem with the lounge TV but I'm sure this will be rectified promptly. But for this overall rating would have been higher.

Very comfortable accommodation with all amenities within walking distance.

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It is very well located with the beach, local shops, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, Tesco and the bus and train stations all within a 5 minute walk. The main bedroom is towards the back of the house and, consequently, there is no traffic noise. We were able to park opposite the apartment fairly easily although the road is a popular parking spot for day visitors wanting to avoid parking fees.

The outside space at the back of the property was a little disappointing as quite compact and overlooked. However, it is a handy space for drying clothes and catches the sun from early morning through to mid/late afternoon.

Lovely kitchen and bathroom and little dining room. Great location. Toys for children really appreciated.

The lounge is a little dull compared to the rest of the apartment it could be the dark furniture and sofa. The sofa was not very comfortable.

Very enjoyable, love this area and very homely apartment x

The apartments cleanliness was fantastic, location was brilliant, just out the town centre and 5 mins walk to beach, equipment in kitchen very useful and so well kept. Furnished to a very high standard, modern and fresh and loving the nautical theme throughout x

The price to rebook for same week next year has gone up over £200, feel this is an excessive amount, very disappointed as wouldn't of hesitated rebooting as we all were so pleased with Sailor's Lodge x

Lovely apartment

Great location not far from Filey town centre. The apartment is very well equipped with everything that you need. There is also a garden to the front where you can sit out and relax. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Filey is a lovely town and the people very helpful.

The location was good and apartment very clean.

When I contacted host about keys it was rather officious and feel a more friendly approach would be better. Unfortunately there was no wi fi in end bedroom for my sister and noisy building work was being done next door which one day was from 8.30 until early evening which was not very relaxing. Because I had to book holiday quickly I went for location rather than good value. The apartment is rather expensive but that said it was clean and close to beach and shops.
