Great value for money

Room has super position, groceries, bakery, drinks and restaurants in 3 minutes or less. Host was really nice, we had all the necessary information and she answered all of our questions quick. Getting to the room is through two doors unlocking with PIN code. Room has no window, but it has vent and AC so no problem for us, as we were in the room basically for sleep and to change clothes, but for longer time it could get weird without any sunlight. However, we were informed right after booking that there is no window (and it is also stated in bio, so no problem)

Bed was too flappy(soft?) for us, but everyone likes something else, so it's not downside I think. Room is really small, without wardrobe, it is suitable for short stays imho (less than a week), for longer stays it might be uncomfortable.

A wonderful place to stay

Beautiful, clean and comfortable room. Very central location and easy access with a code.

A minor thing, but we missed shower gel, especially as the dispenser was placed in the shower, but was empty.

Excellent location, very easy to check-in with door codes. Fast and proper communication-they sent us all the instructions, how to find the place, where to park a car etc.

Attic floor room is a bit tiny and low, but there was a terrace😊

The room was an attic room with low ceilings. I hit my head several times admittedly because I’m a bit clumsy but I wouldn’t recommend the room we had to anyone taller than a small child.

The location is great and everything was clean.

The room is tiny, there was no space to put your luggage or anything. Also the roof is right above the bed. There is like 3 square meters where you can stand up straight. At 1,8 m I cannot recommend staying here for more than one night. And there is no space to hang stuff. Not even for towels. There is a ridiculous amount of small furniture that ends up getting in your way. After moving most of it in one corner, there was space to put a small luggage.

Disappointing

The location is convenient

Dark hair on bed sheets ( not Mine) No wardrobe even though it states there is a wardrobe, everything is done via email which is efficient but impersonal. It’s over priced and very expensive for a solo traveler

There was no breakfast offered

Room 8 has a balcony...and was worth it because the room is very small. Perfectly decorated but if u suffer from claustrophobia this would not be a good rental. Fantastic for location...a short walk to the waterfront and just off the main square. Security entry is excellent. Eco lighting on staircases a great idea

Nice and clean room, it has the basic.

It's got the essential. No kettle/microwave, but lots of nice restaurants to eat nearby and some groceries. It has air condition and a nice shower.

I arrived at the property half an hour before the check-in time hoping to use the toilet of the room asap, but the pad with the figures to insert the code given to you won't work until the very last second of the check-in time that they say to you. Which is fair enough, but at the same time can be a little bit of a pain.

Piranskea was bright and clean and the room had access to the roof top. Great location.

The room we were allocated (8) was on the top floor and we had barely any standing room. This was very uncomfortable. We should have been informed of this prior to confirming booking to give us the option of opting out.

Very central location in Piran. Good for a short stay, given the price performance.

We have rented 3 rooms, the rooms downstairs were nicer but the one on the top was under the roof, so low ceiling and a ceiling window we were not able to shade completely. The biuilding is old so you will hear everything going on on the hallway.
