Good location but not a value for money.

The property is at a prime location.

The hotel room was far away with elevators only available at the opposite end of the room. It was always a 200m commute everytime we got out of the room.

At the time of booking it was shown in facilities that Wi-Fi is free but during checkout they charged us Rs 2795/-. I think that not fare and I will go for some legal action against them or booking.com

The location,the rooms were nice and clean.

The Wi-Fi service was poor, service by the reception were not up to the standard of the hotel, for example repeated requests for a simple band aid,never turned up.

Always love to stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Jakhan, Dehra Dun.

Location, staff helpfulness, courtesy & the food quality at their Citrus Restaurant is just outstanding.

Location of the Rooms on two floors in an L shaped corridor with only one entrance & exit may be a trap in case of any fire or earthquake. There are no Guidance for the Hotel guests on this. Guests on 5th Floor have to walk long distance to go to the Restaurant at the 4th floor.

absolutely nothing !!

literally everything .. from the conduct of the hotel staff at the reception to the amenities the hotel served .. everything was a huge disappointment..it’s a downgrade for lemon tree chain of hotels .. no value for money absolutely !!

Not at all value for money. Very basic facilities for a very high price.

Has become a second choice.

Great location. Helpful staff.

The hotel needs a huge overhaul. The resturant needs a complete redo... From breakfast to menu and the setup. The place has started falling apart. For the price I paid... More expensive than a 5 star in Delhi... This hotel is just NOT value for value for money in its current form.
