We had a wonderful time staying at this villa! The owner was incredibly attentive and responded quickly to all our queries. Before our arrival, he contacted us via WhatsApp and provided us with the villa's address, instructions on how to obtain the keys, and the contact details of the person responsible for handing them over.
Check-in and key handover were smooth and hassle-free. The villa had its own parking area, secured by gates. Our apartment, located on the ground floor, was fantastic. It comprised two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a mini-kitchen, and a living room. The mini-kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, a frying pan, a pot, a gas stove, and a refrigerator. There was also a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. Although there was no air conditioning, the temperature inside was pleasant and comfortable, even without it. The climate in our apartment was optimal for our stay.
In the villa's courtyard, there were sun loungers, tables for shared meals, and a grill, creating a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The path from the villa to the beach was convenient, and it took us only about 5 minutes to walk there. The beach was excellent, with a gentle slope into the water, making it suitable for both young children and adults.
There were several grocery stores nearby (we drove there by car), as well as a large shopping center with an excellent outlet. We took advantage of this opportunity to update our wardrobe. The surrounding area had plenty to offer, including gas stations, shops, cafes, and entertainment venues. During our stay, we also took the car to visit the cities of Vasto, Civitella del Tronto, and Pescara, which were delightful experiences.
As for the negatives, we honestly couldn't find anything to complain about. Everything was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa. We will definitely come back again!

The athmosphere of 100-old villa is superb: the terrace with a grill and handpainted table is superb. We had breakfast like kings and queens. The rooms are airy, well equipped and modern. For families with kids it is a great place to stay, for couples too.
You need to be really fit to cycle uphill from the beach, but we knew what was coming;)))

Beautiful Villa on a great location. The owner and caretakers are warm people and the communication was very pleasant. We stayed with 2 small children (0 and 4) and it was lovely. The beach is just a few min walk and the sea is very calm. Plenty of small shops around and big supermarkets are just 5 min by car or bus. The windows in de bedrooms have integrated mosquito nets and all windows have shutters against the sun. The balcony has a big sunscreen as well.

We had a great stay at Villachiara. So well decorated, very clean and fully furnished with all amenities (big plus for us the baby cot). Located in a nice area of the city with coffees and restaurants nearby, and a nice view over the sea at 1 min walking distance. Federico was very reactive in our communications.
